How to determine the coefficients of the salaries of cultural workers was announced / increase of family and children allowances


According to the Fars News Agency Education Group, Saeed Askari, Deputy Minister of Management Development and Support of the Ministry of Education, issued a circular on determining the salary coefficient to the provincial education departments.

In this circular, it is stated: According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers on May 6, 1401, in connection with determining the salary coefficient, minimum and maximum salaries of employed employees subject to the Civil Service Management Law, the following items will be announced:

1- According to the mentioned decree, the salary coefficient of 1401 employees subject to the Civil Service Management Law has been set at 3.353 Rials.

2- The minimum salaries and continuous benefits of the employees subject to Article 76 of the Civil Service Management Law for the employees of the executive bodies subject to the law and other persons covered by the mentioned article in 1401 in the amount of 24 million and 715 thousand Rials (24,715,000) can be calculated.

3- Maximum salaries and continuous extras of employees subject to Article 76 of the Civil Service Management Law, including fixed salaries and extras mentioned above (extra self-sacrifice, hard work and work in unconventional environments, respectively) at seven times the minimum salary and continuous extras (173,005,000 Rials).

4- After applying the increases subject to the above paragraphs, the total amount stated in the employment order for official, contract, contract employees in proportion to the period of service should not be less than 56 million Rials (56,000,000) and the difference with the amount of 56 million Rials to The title of the difference in compliance with the subject of Part 1, Clause A, Note 12 shall be included in the recruitment rulings. This amount is not fixed and is recalculated with any change in the recruitment order.

5- Family allowance in 1401 is equal to 1215 points equivalent (4,073,895 Rials) and child allowance for each child is 315 points equivalent (1,056,195 Rials).

Note: In the implementation of Part 12, Clause A, Note 12 of the Budget Law of 1401 and Clause C of Article 15 of the Family and Youth Protection Law approved in 1400, the family allowance point of the new spouse (April 1, 1401 onwards) is doubled (2430). Points equivalent to 8,147,790 Rials) and child allowances for children born from the mentioned date (April 1, 1401 onwards) are calculated and paid three times (945 points equivalent to 3,168,585 Rials).

6- According to Article 74 of the Law on Adding Certain Articles to the Law on Regulating a Part of Financial Regulations (2) approved in 2014, the marriage and death allowance in 1401 is 21.794.500 Rials.

7- The score of years of service, related and similar experience, completed training courses and service records in managerial and supervisory jobs in 1400 can be calculated based on the relevant instructions. Accordingly, the maximum score for years of service and experience of employees with a master’s degree or higher will be up to 35 years and for other employees 30 years.

8- Pursuant to Part 1, Clause A, Note 12 of the Budget Law of 1401, the difference in the application of the subject of Article 87 of the Civil Service Management Law in the sentence of salary remains unchanged.

9- Extraordinary daily mission inside the country of employees will also be payable according to the relevant regulations.
