According to the Mehr news agency, citing the information and public relations center of the Ministry of Education, due to the special circumstances caused by the pervasive diseases (such as the outbreak of coronary heart disease) and to prevent interruptions in the process of educating students, according to the approved The 977th meeting of the Higher Education Council, school educational services, within the framework of the policies approved by the National Headquarters for Combating Pervasive Diseases and the decision of the authorities ذی Relevant in announcing the situation and conditions of the provinces and regions of the country, during the academic year 1401-1400, is provided by observing the following:

1- In order to improve the quality of students’ effective learning, combined education (using e-learning facilities in the learning process) is emphasized in all educational conditions of the country.

2- In provinces, regions or districts based on the opinion of the authorities ذی Relevant, there is the possibility of face-to-face education, the educational activities of schools will be in person. In provinces, regions or districts where it is not possible to teach in person on all or some days of the week, educational activities of schools are offered in absentia (education in cyberspace) in proportion to the absence of students.

Note- Teachers can prepare and use electronic content within the approved curriculum and in accordance with the course title. School principals should provide the necessary conditions for the production of electronic content and encourage teachers and include them in their annual evaluation.

9- In cases where it is not possible for students to be physically present to evaluate their academic progress, daily school students will be evaluated in all levels of education except ninth and twelfth grades, in absentia and under the responsibility of the teacher and under the supervision of the school principal.

Note- Evaluation of academic-educational progress of free volunteers, adult school students, distance education and veterans, applicants for change of major, determination of major and academic leap in all conditions will be held in person in accordance with health procedures.

13. Necessary training courses for empowering and promoting media literacy of principals, deputies, teachers, students and their parents to use new technologies and be aware of its opportunities and threats are anticipated and implemented.

15. The executive procedure of this decree shall be prepared and communicated by the Ministry of Education.
