According to Fars News Agency’s urban group, Seyed Ali Mohtashamipour, Tehran Taxi Technical and Operation Deputy, said: “According to the information received, the protocols of the National Anti-Corona Headquarters and the notification of the country’s taxi drivers’ union and after informing 5,177 Active taxi drivers in Tehran who had not been vaccinated were subject to activity restrictions.
Mohtashamipour said: “These restrictions were imposed in order to protect the health of taxi drivers, their families and citizens who face them as passengers.”
He specified: Taxi drivers who have been vaccinated after these restrictions can be vaccinated with their (digital) vaccine card and referring to the taxi coordination offices of 22 districts to remove their activity restrictions.
