Emphasizing the need for knowledge and specialization in the insurance industry, he said: Strengthening human capital by training specialists and setting up training courses tailored to the needs of the day and emphasizing the issue of succession can activate the insurance industry on the path of development.
The chairman of the Supreme Insurance Council pointed out the importance of using electronic tools in the development process, noting that electronic tools and new technologies are never a threat to human capital, and human capital continues to be a leader in the insurance industry.
