Imam Ali’s advice to consult with youth / youth in the mirror of the Prophet and the Imams

Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him and his family) said:

Hazrat Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “O Ali! “Find four things before four things: youth before old age, health before sickness, wealth before poverty, and life before death.” (من لایحضره الفقیه ، ج 4 ، ص 357)

A young man who became the governor of Mecca by the order of the Prophet

Do you know to whom I have made you governor? “I have made you the ruler of the people of the city of God Almighty, and of course, if I had known someone better than you, I would have made him their governor.” The Imam then wrote to the people of Mecca: “Let no one, in disobedience to him, argue that he is young, because he is not greater, more worthy, but more worthy, greater.” (Baharalanvar, vol. 21, p. 123)
