Hedayat said: The municipality has prepared regeneration plans for about 2,500 hectares of these areas for the revival and redevelopment of ineffective lands and areas, and with their approval, the mentioned properties will be able to be renovated and developed.

Pointing out that 537 hectares of these lands are located in Fadaian Islam street in districts 15, 16 and 20, the head of the Tehran City Renewal Organization announced the preparation of a regeneration plan for this area and turning it into an activity, residential and service zone and expressed He hoped that with the implementation of this project, positive events will take place in order to improve the quality of life for the citizens living in this area.

Hedayat noted: the regeneration plan for other undecided lands and frozen properties, including brick kilns, gravel pits and endowment lands with an area of ​​758 hectares in region 19, cultivated and unused lands of region 18 with an area of ​​841 hectares, the neighborhoods of Ken, Farahzad and The historical localities of Region 12, as well as the lands and military barracks of Dushan Tepe with an area of ​​225 hectares, Jay Barracks with an area of ​​68 hectares and Kohak Barracks with an area of ​​130 hectares have been prepared. will be provided.
