The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Fars province added: Kohkaran village is 45 km from Sepidan city and 120 km from Shiraz city in the middle of the Zagros mountains and beautiful forests of Bane, almond, oak, etc., the best option for village sightseeing and the best travel destination. It is for vacationers and lovers of mountaineering and nature tourism.

He clarified: Despite having a cozy and peaceful environment, the village of Kohkaran is known more by the people of Fars, and maybe other tourists are less aware of the existence of such a beautiful nature in the province.
