According to Tejarat News, Famli published the announcement of the announcement of the invitation to the extraordinary general assembly for the fiscal year ending March 20, 2014. At this meeting, the family will decide whether to increase its capital.
Famli has mentioned in his invitation:
All shareholders, lawyer or legal representative of the shareholder and DPM-IOP-00A-153 as well as the representative or representatives of legal entities are invited to attend the meeting of the General Assembly of the company at 14:00 on Tuesday, December 2, 1400 .
This assembly will be held in Vali-e-Asr (AS) Street – not far from Saei Park – 2161 eyelid – fourth floor.
Earlier, the National Iranian Copper Industries Company had submitted documents requesting an increase in its capital.
The current capital is 20,000 billion tomans, the number of shares that can be issued is 200 billion shares. And the percentage of capital increase requested was 100%.
The amount of capital increase is 20,000 billion tomans and the subject of capital increase is to provide part of the resources needed to complete the company’s development plans and reform the financial structure. This capital is to be done from the place of financing the capital increase.
