According to Mehr News Agency, the Ministry of Education announced that the number of student sports facilities per capita is 34 percent, and the 13th government is working to increase student sports facilities.

Before the implementation of Shahid Soleimani’s sports plan, there were 5365 square meters of sports space, but with the implementation of Shahid Soleimani’s plan and with the aim of optimizing student sports spaces, the number of 2100 intra-school sports spaces was added to this figure.

In the discussion of sports equipment, schools in less privileged areas were always prioritized, and this year, with the allocation of 90 billion Tomans, more than 62,000 schools have been covered.

It is worth mentioning that more than 33,000 physical education instructors are engaged in teaching in the country, and 9,000 other physical education instructors are needed to fully cover students in sports activities.
