The head of the judicial system continued: “With all the work and efforts that have been done, today we still have many questions that the field, ijtihad and mujtahids, intellectuals, researchers and scholars must answer these questions in the field of judicial, economic, artistic and social issues. Referring to the responsibility of the clergy, he said: The first field is to know the religion and the second field is to propagate the religion. It is really important to convey the message of religion to all those who wish.

Ayatollah Raeesi, asking the question why “Kishit” has been placed as an important and necessary issue in the propagation of religion, said: “Kishit is not fear, and the owner of Kishit is the one who really does not have an effect on anything in the world, except for God.” and his will that rules over all persons, objects and particles of existence.

The head of the Judiciary stressed: “The secret of successful advertising is to have courage.” The influence of great missionaries and scholars throughout history was due to the fear they had in their hearts. He said: What we know from the Imam (RA) and influential elders and from our wise and visionary leader is the same spirit of God-fearing and not recognizing any power other than the Holy Essence of Truth in all existence. The students of this school also play a role in the corners of the world. Mr. Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, as a mujahid who plays a role in this field, is in the light of this spirit. It is important to know how much principles, jurisprudence and philosophy; But the most important of all these is the fear of God, which gives meaning to all these knowledges and can be exploited in the field of effective knowledge.

In another part of his speech, Ayatollah Raisi said: I tell my judicial colleagues when someone enters the door who does not have the legal language to express his wishes and does not have the money to hire a lawyer, but in the same rural language he says, “Sir, you are in Ali’s place.” sat”, this is a world of words; I mean, I don’t know who you are; But what I expect from this pen is the pen of Amir al-Momineen (a.s.); This is the position of divine caliphate given to the judge.

Our system has within itself the implementation of justice and the fight against corruption

The head of the judicial system emphasized: Those who command the good and those who refrain from the bad also have the same status and honor among the nobles of divine prophets and religious leaders. Propagation of religion, enjoining goodness and forbidding ugliness and ugliness is an important position in every field and every ups and downs, and the important issue of propagating and conveying the message of religion is important with all the obstacles created by the enemy. Ayatollah Raisi continued: I announced in a meeting of Sunni and Shiite clerics in Kurdistan that the Islamic system does not accept corruption. Stating that the system is one thing and committing corruption and crime by individuals is another, Ayatollah Raisi said: The truth is that our system has within itself the implementation of justice and the fight against corruption. The sense of justice must be realized scientifically, practically and tangible

The head of the judiciary continued: In practice, the serious will of the system should be seen in dealing with any crookedness, injustice and corruption. We declared in the judicial system that the feeling of justice should be realized scientifically, practically and tangible, and people should feel justice and when they go to the administrative bodies of the country and to any place that has a sign of the system, they should feel that there is a reference and refuge there. It is them and the judicial system should be a reference and refuge in this field.

He clarified: Some people think this is too far and too late; While we consider this feasible and applicable; Because in every field that the Islamic system has entered with will, that field has been the field of success and victory.

Ayatollah Raisi stated: It is important to enter this arena with will, not to be afraid of the wounds of tongues and not to be afraid of what is there as a blame of the blamers, and not to pay attention to marginalization. All this wants to stop us from that main movement which is an inevitable necessity today.

He clarified: The secret of hope that people have found today is to feel that actions are being taken in the field of action and implementation. You must know that today the enemy in the field of political issues, even in the field of economic issues, is seeking to induce that the only way to save in this country is to avoid positions under the title of negotiation.

He added: But the Supreme Leader’s strategy of resistance and the people proved that the only way out of the problems is trust in God, self-confidence and looking at the capable hands of the women and men and youth of this country. Solve economic problems.

The head of the Judiciary added: Today, the strategy of resistance has worked and has completely filled the place for negotiation in all social layers. Even those who yesterday looked at negotiation, today deeply believe that there is no other way but resistance.

Today, the will of the Islamic system is to deal with corruption

He continued: In the issue of corruption, enemies blew the propaganda horn, ignorant friends, oblivious people or people under different influences came to the scene and a “compound consensus” was formed. This said that government is guilty, that government said this government, this parliament said that parliament, this official said that official, every day you looked at the headlines of the newspapers to discover a corruption issue. Finally, this situation and conditions came about and the enemy blew into it, and destructive sites created by the British and Zionists also blew into this space and created such an undesirable and incorrect belief in the minds of some that it seems that many people are suffering from corruption and that corruption has spread to many places. has taken.

In relation to his strategy in this field, the head of the Judiciary stated: All the cases that are in the minds of the people as concerns for any reason, we must deal with these cases fairly and fairly and inform the people so that the people’s minds about The concerns about these cases should be put to rest.

Ayatollah Raisi noted: Today, the will of the Islamic system is to deal with corruption, and it does not recognize factions, connections, affiliations, wealth, or power.

In the statement of the second strategy, he said: The second step is to protect the managers, officials and those involved. A law was approved 4 years ago in the parliament as a property system for officials. Regulations should have been approved in these 4 years. When I became responsible, I saw that the law was suspended for 4 years. I compiled and announced the regulation and it started to be implemented and now it is being implemented in all areas.

The Head of the Judiciary stressed: If the law has ambiguity or ambiguity, the legislator should be asked, and this is not a reason to delay the implementation of the law.

Ayatollah Raisi continued: There are other ways to protect the authorities and prevent people from making false claims.

He pointed out: In this regard, first of all, we need the good prayers of all the elders, and secondly, to express the points that come to the minds of the elders in this field, and also to fulfill our duty, which is not only about corruption; The fair implementation of the law and the implementation of justice is an important point that must be emphasized and paid attention to.
