According to the Heritage Aria correspondent, the meeting, which was also attended by Hassan Gholamrezapour, President of the Calligraphy Association of Iran, and a number of directors of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, discussed the case It was reviewed and registered as an intangible heritage in the name of Iran, and the necessary coordination was made on how to present this case in the presence of Professor Amirkhani.

Professor Gholamhossein Amirkhani, appreciating the efforts of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture and Tourism and Handicrafts to pursue the registration of this case, said: “They are very valuable and capable.”

“Culture is the result of the efforts of different people over the years,” he added. “Paying attention to the field of culture can lead to the growth of human beings, because the focus of the field of culture is on human beings.”

This prominent master of calligraphy continued: “The strength of Iranian culture is such that its value and status are more and more determined these days. “Culture is like sunlight that knows no borders, and today, fortunately, the issue of cultural Iran has been considered.”

“Today we see a lot of cultural commonalities in the world,” Amirkhani said in another part of his speech. “The destinies of human beings are interconnected, and this shared destiny shows us well.”

“Cultural and artistic issues belong to all people of the world,” he said. “The lack that is felt in the world today is that more attention is paid to politics than to culture and art, and most societies serve politics more than they serve culture.”

Abdolmajid Sharifzadeh, director of the Traditional Arts Research Institute, also said at the meeting: “In the past, most of the registrations were for tangible works, but fortunately, the field of intangible heritage has been considered for several years. “Be global.”

He added: “Fortunately, one of the topics that has been well addressed in Iran in recent years is the protection of this original Iranian art, in which the Iranian Calligraphy Association has been able to play this role well by developing inclusive education.” “To play.”

Mustafa Pourali, director general of the Office for the Registration of Works, Preservation and Restoration of Spiritual and Natural Heritage, also said at the meeting: “Iranians are the kings of the countries of the script. “The Iranian people are leaders in calligraphy and calligraphy in the world, and this art has deep roots in Iranian culture.”

“This case will be reviewed by UNESCO in the coming days as a protection measure, which is considered the most important element of cultural heritage, and we very much hope that this case will be registered in the list of intangible heritage,” he added.

“This case is made up of two sides, non-governmental organizations and government organizations, and we hope it will be registered with UNESCO,” Pour-Ali said.

Hassan Meysamy, Director General of Public Relations and Information of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, also mentioned the importance of the “National Program for the Preservation of Traditional Art of Calligraphy in Iran” at the meeting. “Introduce the people and use all our capacities to inform about this important case.”
