Investigation of the problems of several multi-plaintiff cases by the Chief Justice of Tehran Province

According to Fars News Agency; In order to “honor the client” and hear “without intermediaries” the legal and judicial problems of the clients, a public meeting was held between Ali Al-Qasiyah, the director general and other judicial officials of Tehran province in the assembly hall of Imam Khomeini Judicial Complex.

In this meeting, which was held in accordance with the health instructions, the Chief Justice and other judicial officials of the Tehran Judiciary reviewed the legal and judicial requests of 160 clients.
The Chief Justice of Tehran Province met with the clients face to face and while listening to the problems and requests of the clients, issued appropriate orders to solve their problems.
The request for the application of Article 477 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the retrial of cases whose verdicts have been finalized, and the request for leave, amnesty and parole for prisoners were the most important requests made by clients in a meeting with the Chief Justice and judicial officials of Tehran province.
Also, during today’s public meeting of judicial officials in Tehran province, the problems related to several high-profile cases were examined by the Chief Justice of Tehran province and the necessary orders were issued to resolve these problems.

The Public Meeting Unit of Tehran Province Justice responds to and receives correspondence and requests from clients during the week, and by setting a time and inviting clients by sending a text message, holds public meetings on a weekly basis in order to respond to clients.
