Iran and Russia sign judicial memoranda

According to the Fars news agency’s judicial group, citing the public relations of the Supreme Court, Hojjat al-Islam Seyyed Ahmad Mortazavi Moghadam, at the head of a high-ranking delegation, left Tehran for Russia in order to conclude judicial memoranda of understanding.

The President of the Supreme Court of Iran, before leaving for this trip, at the Imam Khomeini (RA) airport, in response to the reporter, raised some points about the purpose of the trip to Russia.

He explained: This trip is at the invitation of the President of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Russia are expanding, and this requires scientific and judicial exchanges to be carried out in order to transfer experiences.

The President of the Supreme Court continued: Meeting with the President of the Supreme Court of Russia, the President of the Russian Duma, the President of the Constitutional Court, the President of the Supreme Arbitration Council and the Dispute Resolution Council will be among the travel plans to Russia.

Hojat-ul-Islam Mortazavi Moghadam added: During the trip to Russia, we will hold talks on global issues, such as human rights, drugs and organized crime, which will hopefully lead to good agreements.

I have to say; This trip will be accompanied by Sedghi, the deputy supervisor of the Supreme Court of Iran, Mohadi, the head of the Supreme Court and Judge of the Supreme Court, and Ali Al-Qasi Mehr, the Chief Justice of Tehran Province.
