Iranian theater owes its connection to the treasure trove of Iranian theatrical mirrors + performance schedule


According to Fars News Agency, quoting the public relations of the General Directorate of Performing Arts, Qader Ashna, Director General of Performing Arts, sent a message to the 20th Festival of Ritual and Traditional Plays, the text of which is as follows:

“Iranian theater and drama converging with the desired identity of Islamic Iran, in line with the components of the consolidation of our popular culture and national heritage. Hence, this kind of art certainly owes a deep connection and subtext of the cultural and social life of the inhabitants of this land with the treasure trove of Iranian theatrical mirrors and a reassuring infrastructure for the evolved symbols and thousands of years of identity of the proud inhabitants of this land.

Therefore, what we have received today in the sense of Iranian rituals and beliefs; It is the result of a clear and continuous flow that has emerged from the twist of history and various social events of the past on this nation, and has reached us as an irreplaceable heritage, as an exquisite trust.

Trust and heritage are so valuable and reliable that it can truly and truly be the cause of the dynamism of our society today and the reproduction and growth of the national arts of our cultural climate. More and more worthy attention – beyond the previous slogans and ideas, to the performing arts based on the rituals and social customs and traditional culture of this nation.

The twentieth festival of ritual and traditional plays will be held from 14 to 21 Azar under the auspices of Davood Fath Ali Beygi.

The field works of the 20th Festival of Ritual and Traditional Plays will be performed in three parts: tent, games, similitude reading, and rituals and games from 16 to 20 Azar.

The plays of these three parts will be performed from 15:30 in Rudaki area, from 18:30 in the lobby of Sangalaj theater, at 11:00 in Theatershahr metro station and at 16:30 in Jihad metro station.
