He said that we should not focus the evaluation of the centers on the percentage of peace and reconciliation, because if peace and reconciliation do not take place, the matter of counseling will make the divorce happen with better mental health and its damages will be less.

Mardi, head of branch 4 of Islamshahr Family Court of Justice in this meeting, announced the decrease in the number of divorce cases in this city and said: due to the high number of divorce cases in this city, divorce cases should be sent to counseling centers and required to have an expert opinion. Psychology and legal experts in these cases have increased the amount of peace and reconciliation and reduced the number of family lawsuits.

A man said that according to the order of the Chief Justice of Islamshahr city, all family lawsuits should have the opinion of the family counseling centers at the beginning of the matter, and without having an expert opinion, no time will be given to deal with these cases. In addition to increasing the cooperation between the family counseling centers of the Judiciary and the judiciary, this action has led to the divorce process taking place with better mental health and a significant reduction in the number of family lawsuits and an increase in the number of peace and reconciliation in this city. .

A man added that the divorce cases in this city are first referred to the Dispute Resolution Council and they are obliged to refer these cases to the family counseling centers and send them to the judiciary after obtaining the counseling theory.
