Referring to the new amendment to the Anti-Trafficking in Goods and Foreign Exchange Law, which was announced by the President on April 10, the Director General of the Office for the Prevention of Anti-Trafficking in Goods and Foreign Exchange Headquarters added: The market has anticipated new requirements at the maintenance level, which is important, one of the topics of which is the requirement to register goods in the comprehensive system of warehouses and the issuance of bills and remittances of warehouses with the specifications explicitly defined in law.

He stated: The law mentions the details of the invoice and warehouse remittance that failure to register the goods in this way carries with it an executive guarantee, and if the goods are included in the product ID, like other car accessories, they must necessarily have the product ID and warehouse without registering these goods. The punishment is the note of Article 18 of the law, the punishment of which is the minimum amount of the same goods.

Parhamfar said: in the new amendment, providing any services with goods subject to smuggling through insurance, warranty, after-sales service, installation and repair is also subject to punishment and is repeated in Article 6 and the following note in the law, and therefore no Registration in the warehouse will be severely punished for all goods that are not registered in the warehouse by the Market Regulation Headquarters and the Anti-Trafficking Headquarters.

Amini stated that our colleagues have taken good measures in the process of import and export of goods, transportation and warehousing, and said: “Our brothers are pursuing the fight against smuggled and counterfeit goods in the form of 12 main strategies and 38 key actions.” God willing, we will achieve stability in the level of public satisfaction and confidence in the market.
