National registration of 11 cultural and historical monuments of Qazvin

According to Fars News Agency, in one of the letters of Seyed Ezatullah Zarghami addressed to Mohammad Mehdi Alaei, the governor of Qazvin, it is stated:

Pursuant to paragraph (c) of the single article of the Law on the Establishment of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 1985 and paragraph 6 of Article 3 of the Statute of the Cultural Heritage Organization approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly on the registration of valuable movable and immovable cultural and historical historical monuments. Relevant indexes, the level of registration of the historical cultural monument “Mortazavi House” located in Qazvin province, Qazvin city, central part, Qazvin city, Imam Khomeini street, Tabriz street, Sardar bath alley, Mortazavi alley No. 33572 dated 1300/10/14 in the list National works of Iran have been registered and will be announced.

The said work is under the protection and supervision of this ministry and any intrusion, occupation or operational action that leads to its destruction or change of identity is considered a crime under Articles 558 to 569 of the Fifth Book of the Islamic Penal Code, Punishments and Deterrent Punishments. “There will be legal penalties, and the restoration of the work will be possible only with the approval and supervision of the ministry.”

In seven other similar letters to the governor of Qazvin, Zarghami announced the registration of seven national cultural and historical works as follows:

1- “Fazal Ali Khan Aqueduct” located in Takestan city, Khorramdasht district, Khorramdasht city, Radkan village, number 33591, dated 1300/10/1400,
2- “Palan Tappeh” located in Abik city, central part, number 33592, dated 1400/10/13
3- “Arasanj aqueduct” located in Buin Zahra city, central part, lower Zahra village, lower Arasanj village, number 33593, dated 1300/10/1400
4- “Sardar Yar Afshar Tower” located in Takestan city, Khorramdasht district, Afshariyeh village, Yari Abad village, number 33594, dated 1300/10/1400

5- “Shirepaz Khaneh Hill” located in Alborz city, central part, number 33595, dated 1300/10/1400
6- “Gheshlagh 6 hill” located in Abik city, central part, number 33596, dated 1300/10/1300
7- “Parrot Mansion” located in Qazvin city, central part, Qazvin city, Imam Khomeini Street, in front of Nofel Loshato Hall, Parrot Mansion No. 33597, dated 1300/10/1400

Ali Asghar Monsan, the former Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, had previously informed the then Governor of Qazvin about the national registration of three national cultural and historical works as follows:

1- “Plum area” located in Takestan city, Khorramdasht district, number 33147, dated 5/6/1399
2- “Chaharbaneh historical hill” located in Buin Zahra city, central part, dated 5/6/1699

3- “The Hill of the Leader of the Mujahideen” located in Abik city, central part, No. 33149, dated 5/6/1399
