According to Fars News Agency, quoting the public relations of the Administrative Court of Justice, with the establishment of the Electronic Judicial Services Office in the Administrative Court of Justice, there is a suspicion that it is not possible to register a petition electronically and in person, while now all petitions are registered. The Court of Administrative Justice is active under Article 23 of the Law on the Organization and Procedure of the Court of Administrative Justice, including the post office, provincial representative offices, central secretariat, lawyers’ self-service system and electronic judicial services offices, and receives more than a thousand petitions daily.

According to this report, the Central Secretariat of the Court of Administrative Justice, as before, receives the petitions of compatriots and executive bodies in person, but because traveling to Tehran and referring to the Court of Administrative Justice in person to file a petition will not increase the cost and time of compatriots. Simply suffer for the sake of travel, because there is no difference between a petition registered from the central court building and a petition registered in other ways.

Regarding the Sajid system becoming unavailable, it is necessary to explain that this system will not be available in the next few days due to problems in transferring information to the Judiciary systems. The problem will be solved.

In addition, in the recent meeting, the head of the Administrative Justice Court and the head of the Statistics and Information Technology Center of the Judiciary discussed the arrangements for creating self-use in the electronic judicial services system (Sakha) to reduce litigation costs and facilitate public affairs.
