According to IRNA, the Asian Sambo Championship will be hosted by Beirut from June 12 to 14.
Our country’s referee Reza Eskandari, who has left for Beirut with the Iranian convoy, will be the referee of the Asian Sambo Championship.
The national sambo team of Iran left for Lebanon on Tuesday with the composition of Milad Shiri, Salim Mohammadi, Alireza Cheraghi, Mohammad Reza Saeedi Madani and Qassem Sadafi under the coaching of “Kamal Alikhah Azar”.
The tournament, hosted by Beirut, will feature a total of 260 sambo wrestlers.
The competition was canceled in 2020 due to the Corona pandemic and hosted by Tashkent in 2021.
