The head of the judiciary stressed the problem of 2,000 residents of Sheikh Shaban village whose residential lands were declared national lands during a lawsuit by the Housing Foundation and people were asked to vacate their homes: When the people of a village Who played a role in the issues of the revolution and dedicated their children to the Islamic Revolution, and are law-abiding and right-seeking people, it is not right to ignore their problem or prolong the solution of their problems.
In this regard, Ayatollah Ra’isi stressed the need for an urgent meeting of the Provincial Treasury Council to investigate the problem of residential land in the village of Sheikh Shaban and asked the governor, judicial officials and managers of the province’s housing foundation to set a three-month deadline. To resolve the issue of these lands for the benefit of the deprived and revolutionary people of the region.
Referring to the people’s complaints against the Housing Foundation of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province, the head of the Judiciary stated: The Housing Foundation of the Islamic Revolution has been established to solve the housing problem of deprived and rural people and must fulfill its duties in this regard. The people of Sheikh Shaban should be resolved quickly without filing a lawsuit.
Ayatollah Ra’isi, referring to the employment of the majority of the people of Sheikh Shaban village in agriculture, stated: If we have a village, natural resources and people who are working and interested in production, employment conditions should be provided immediately and small administrative problems should not hinder their work and efforts. And it will take years for these problems to be resolved, and we will continue to see such people under the auspices of the Relief Committee; This is not acceptable at all.
The head of the judiciary regarding the problem of drinking water supply to the people of Sheikh Shaban village, whose construction of necessary facilities for water transfer to this area has been stopped by the approval of the Water Council, stressed the need for immediate and unconditional implementation of the legal order issued to solve the water problem. The villagers emphasized.
Ayatollah Ra’isi also promised to follow up the issue in this evening’s meeting of the Provincial Administrative Council after hearing the words of the representative of one thousand fired workers in one of the factories in the region and being informed of the concerns and costs of their families.
During his presence in the village of “Sheikh Shaban”, the head of the judiciary, as well as attending the holy flower garden of the village martyrs and reciting the Fateha, paid tribute to the great position of the martyrs of this area and honored their memory.
