Accordingly, the head of the judiciary, referring to the upcoming religious and national days and holidays such as Rajabiyah, Shabaniyah, Nowruz and the subsequent holy month of Ramadan, stated: In these days and holidays, in order to strengthen and stabilize the atmosphere of interaction, Cooperation, kindness, compassion and honesty in the society should be done with the utmost effort by the officials and the people, and the ideal of a society free from injustice, lies, slander and vices should become more and more concrete in our Islamic country.
Referring to the upcoming days leading up to religious holidays and the Nowruz holiday, the Chief Justice addressed four specific orders to judicial officials, including the heads of the judiciary, prosecutors and investigators, to prepare the ground for improving public security.
“Supporting law enforcement and security forces to improve the security of citizens and prevent theft during the holidays”, “Failure to grant leave and compassionate facilities to former convicts and disrupting the security and peace of society”, “Justification of convicts and prisoners to whom leave belongs “To refrain from criminal acts during the days of leave and to return to prison on time” and Exercising the necessary precautions and supervision “, were four specific orders of the judge to the judicial authorities in order to improve the level of public security of the society during the leading holidays.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, following today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, issued instructions to judicial officials, prosecutors and investigators across the country on how to deal with prisoners and defendants in view of the upcoming religious holidays and Nowruz holidays and said: Defendants who do not have a legal obligation to be detained and who do not pose a threat to the people and society should be avoided and arrangements should be made as soon as possible for the defendants to introduce a guarantor and post bail as soon as possible, even for Do not be sent to detention center or prison overnight.
In this regard, the head of the judiciary advised prosecutors, investigators and other relevant judicial officials to refrain from referring to the expertise of those documents deposited by the accused whose value and value are not in doubt, thus in the process of bail and release. Kazemi-Fard also referred to the creation of a database of fugitive criminals by the Statistics and Information Technology Center of the Judiciary and said: “We are currently exchanging this database with the NAJA.”
