At the press conference at the end of his trip to Kurdistan province, Ayatollah Raisi, the head of the judiciary, said about the achievements of this trip: The trip to Kurdistan province, which was carried out as a continuation of our provincial trips, was actually to meet the dear people of this province, the families of the martyrs and to meet with It was the elites that this meeting was very important to me; Because we became more familiar with the views of our loved ones in this meeting; Especially the views of dear young people who were graduates of the University of Kurdistan and had very good views in the field of judicial and legal actions.

The head of the Judiciary pointed out: In one part of the meeting, I paid attention to the views of the loved ones and in another part I presented some points.

He stated that the families of martyrs are a huge capital in Kurdistan and acknowledged that each of the families of martyrs is a flag for the holy system of the Islamic Republic, and managers and officials of the country should always pay attention to them.

Referring to the meeting of officials of departments and organizations in the Kurdistan Province Administrative Council, Ayatollah Raisi said: Mr. Governor presented a report regarding the progress in the province.

The Head of the Judiciary admitted: Various officials who were there raised some points, and a very important point in Kurdistan province is administrative health in the administrative organizations of this province.

Referring to the need to develop Kurdistan province, he said: development depends on administrative health, economic security and production prosperity. The main and central point in the meeting of the administrative council is to guarantee the health of the departments and organizations in Kurdistan province, which is a very important point.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated: Serious dealing with any corruption and violations can guarantee administrative health.

Referring to the meeting with the judges and judicial staff of Kurdistan Province, he said: In this meeting, we heard both their views and the points of view of the judges and the problems they raised. The staff also raised some points and I gave recommendations, the most important advice I gave to my friends in this meeting was to be kind to people. Dealing with authority against any kind of corruption and any crime, having an authoritative behavior and acting with prudence are important and significant points that I emphasized in this meeting.

Chief Ayatollah Raisi stated: In this meeting, some administrative and organizational problems were raised. We had sent 10 delegations to 10 places in the province since the previous day, and a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary was held here in the judiciary, and in addition to the investigations Deficiencies in the work of the judiciary and related organizations and the problems they have were raised at the provincial level.

He continued: “We examined some of the problems, and the result was that we should speed up action on the problem of human resources, both judges and employees, and quickly eliminate the shortcomings in the judiciary, and part of it was related to financial problems, which are part of our capacities. The judicial branch allocated 600 billion Rials to the urgent work that needs to be done here; Both in relation to the justices and in relation to related organizations, especially prisons and legal medicine organization, which had more problems.

The head of the Judiciary added: God willing, both the facilities of the Judiciary and the capacities of the province will be used and we will solve these problems as soon as possible with a Jihadi action.

He stated: The issue that is significant in this trip, I saw the spirit of the people, the vitality of the people, and the hope for the future in the people, and my feeling is that the people of Kurdistan, as they stood against the evildoers and counter-revolution in the region, today for Defending the revolution and values, they stand in the position and stronghold of governorship with the same spirit of the first generation.

Ayatollah Raisi said: This spirit of hope and cheerfulness is despite the efforts of the counter-revolution to create hopelessness and despair in the people, especially the people of this region, but the people of Kurdistan have not been influenced by the rumors and insinuations and suspicions of the counter-revolution and still have hope for the future, the future is very bright. They see and in this field they have come to a serious belief that one should strive with reliance on God and self-confidence and trust in one’s possessions, which are not few possessions.

Stating that one of the assets of Kurdistan is material assets, the head of the judiciary stated: There are many reserves in this province, and another asset is the dense, young and efficient human force, which is considered one of the assets of Kurdistan province and should be given to it. Note.

He added: In our judiciary, most of the forces are young forces, and now in the appointments, we have tried to give these forces a place to work.

Ayatollah Raeesi stated: The Imam (RA) did this, and the Supreme Leader is doing this, and we also follow the path of giving efficient youth a field in the judiciary, and we did not suffer any damage in this way, and it has also had many benefits. .

The Head of the Judiciary pointed out: We hope that the results of this trip, which will be presented at the first meeting of the High Council of the Judiciary in Tehran with the presence of Mr. Governor and Chief Justice of Kurdistan Province, will be positive results for the people. In that meeting, delegations to the cities will give their reports, and this meeting in Tehran will be dedicated to Kurdistan, and the issue of Kurdistan will not be removed from the agenda until the problems that exist here and some of the shortcomings are solved in practice. And until the Chief Justice of the province announces that the problems have been solved and we can take the next steps.

Referring to his visit to Sanandaj prison, he said: “I talked to a significant number of prisoners. Maybe high-ranking officials enter the prison less often or because of the jobs people like me have.” Here, I had the opportunity to visit the prison and listen to the prisoners, and I came across points that are also significant in my opinion, and speeding up the handling of the prisoners’ cases is an important and significant point, as well as the state and conditions of the prison, which of course The sections we saw had developed significantly so that classification was fully implemented in the prison.

Ayatollah Raisi stated: We believe that the condition of the prison should be better than it should be, and efforts should be made in this direction as well.
