In a letter to Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Speaker of the Islamic Council, the Head of the Judiciary asked to clear the ambiguity of the Parliament regarding Note 1 of Article 5 of the Law on “Facilitating the Issuance of Business Licenses” regarding the calculation of the results of the bar exam.

According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajaei, the Head of the Judiciary, in a letter to “Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf”, the Speaker of the Islamic Council, requested to clear the ambiguity of the Parliament regarding Note 1 of Article 5 of the Law “Facilitating the Issuance of Business Licenses” regarding the calculation The result of the bar exam.

Yesterday (August 31), Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, in the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, while stressing the observance of the law in this regard and stating that the judiciary considers itself bound to implement the law, ordered his legal deputy that if in the implementation There is ambiguity in the relevant law, urgently and within the same day, request the interpretation of the law from the parliament.
