Mousavi added: “This situation has created major concerns and it was stated in the talks that in the discussion of liquidity, revenue, manpower and materials needed for the project, there are shortcomings and there is no progress and expectations have not been met.” It seems that these conditions are the result of various factors, the central cause of which is the absence of the CEO of the project contractor, and this shortcoming must be acknowledged.

He said that an expert group should be formed under the supervision of the prosecutor to investigate the status of this project, he said: we did not want to enter the issue before May because we had not negotiated with senior officials before, but since May When a specific strategy was set, it should be monitored on a weekly basis to determine how much money and how much money has been wasted and then appropriate decisions made. Of course, regarding the performance of the contractor before May of this year, a detailed expertise must be done and the results must be announced to the judiciary.

Mousavi, stating that we do not think about the second solution, which is the dismissal of the contractor, added: “Our desire is to fulfill the work and commitments, but it should not be done as in the past.”

Noting that the national project should be pursued more sensitively by the contractor, he added: “The responsibility of the project and the consequences of the project is with the contractor and he should complete the project with more seriousness and better speed and more operational force should be added to the project.” And certainly the contractor’s performance in practice follows the obligations of the Provincial Supply Council.
