Judiciary » Cases that are the concern and the subject of people’s questions should be prioritized

Ayatollah Raisi in the gathering of judges and employees of East Azerbaijan judicial system:

The Head of the Judiciary said: Cases that have become the concern and subject of people’s questions in a particular class or a specific region or a national and country issue, should be prioritized in terms of handling.

According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Raeesi, the head of the Judiciary, met with the judges and employees of the judiciary during his trip to East Azerbaijan province.

Ayatollah Raisi said in this meeting: Working in the judicial system is a difficult task; The difficulty of the work is because dealing with people’s rights, lawsuits, crimes and applying punishments is a difficult task and a person is in an important test.

He continued: We must do the best; Because we are facing what is the right of the people and what is the right of God and the property, life and honor of the people. It is not easy to correctly identify the issue, to accurately determine the sentence and the proportion between the sentence and the issue, and most importantly, to make the right decision.

Ayatollah Raisi reminded: looking at the expertise, expertise and experience of others and making a decision is one of the prerequisites that many people understand, including judges, experts, bailiffs, lawyers or forensic forces. On the other hand, some try to hide the truth from the judge. Some people try to make falsehood appear as truth and truth as falsehood, and they try to do it by creating atmosphere and atmosphere.

He added: The characteristic of space-making is that they want to make the truth false and falsehood the truth. Here is the difficulty of the judge who wants to remove all this dust and discover the truth. In discovering this truth, several things are necessary: First, what reveals the truth to man is having the queen of piety. God gives pious people the ability to distinguish between right and wrong.

Ayatollah Raeesi clarified: What can help us to know right from wrong and right from wrong in the midst of all these creations and atmospheres is divine piety. Piety is the queen that prevents a person from extremes and indolences.

He said: Piety is a queen who does not take a person out of the field with the reprimands of those who blame him, and does not force a person to deviate from the path of truth. To judge, it is necessary to have a capacity, which is the judge’s capital. The important capital of a judge is his capacity.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: The second point regarding judgment is the possession of science and knowledge. It is necessary for all of us to be up-to-date and update our knowledge. No one, at any stage of science and knowledge, should consider himself without the need to increase his knowledge, and we should always spend time and increase our knowledge.

Ayatollah Raisi said: Our judges generally have high academic levels, whether at the seminary or university level.

He added: Most of our judges were not satisfied with an academic degree in entering the judicial system; Rather, they tried to increase their classical and general knowledge; Therefore, the level of knowledge among our judges is high and significant, and their experience and knowledge in understanding the subject, ruling and issuing rulings is valuable and blessed. Therefore, raising the level of education and knowledge and being up-to-date, mastering the laws and regulations, and mastering the knowledge of the subject is important.

Ayatollah Raisi clarified: Since the judges themselves do not have the necessary expertise, they can use an economic expert to diagnose an economic case and an expert accountant in the matter of auditing.

He continued: We should not be shy in consulting, and to understand the issue well, do not limit yourself and consult with high-ranking judges.

Referring to the presence of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the judges of this court in different provinces, the Head of the Judiciary said: Hojjat al-Islam and Muslims Mortazavi Moghadam and the judges with him have been going to the provinces for some time and have meetings with the judges and judicial questions are raised and these trips are very frequent. It is effective in increasing the knowledge of judges.

Ayatollah Raisi added: The Supreme Court of the country is talking to judges with thirty years of experience at the middle level and to judges of primary courts and prosecutors, which is a good and important thing in order to exchange experiences.

Emphasizing that it is very important to know the issue, he noted: at some point, a verdict is issued and a decision is made; But the exact issue has not been clarified for the judge. The amount of referrals to a judge is high, and sometimes, despite being patient, the judge does not have enough time to be careful; But in any case, we deeply believe that quality should not be sacrificed for quantity.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: Handling the cases accurately and pulling the hair out of our mouths and handling them patiently are important issues that should be the attention of all dear colleagues.

Ayatollah Raisi added: Among these, some cases have a special aspect. People in a village or a city or a region look at this case; All files are important; But, for example, there are two cases that are very effective in people’s lives, and the delay in this process causes problems. Dealing with these cases is a priority.

He added: Cases that have become the concern and subject of people’s questions in a particular trade or a specific region, or national and country issues, should be prioritized in terms of handling.
