While appreciating the efforts made in the social and crime prevention department of the entire Kerman province in order to set up a social and judicial prevention and integration base, he noted: In the past, many efforts have been made in these areas and have had good results. However, many issues have remained at the level of words and no progress has been seen in the implementation of decisions.
The high representative of the Judiciary in Kerman province stated: The prevention and social cohesion base is a center and a base where all institutions can be present and while realizing the slogan of sectoral cohesion, it is a coherent set of all relevant institutions and departments to organize marginalized areas. and take concrete steps to solve the problem of marginalization.
Mohd reminded: Important decisions have been made in the crime prevention council and other specialized meetings in order to organize the marginalized areas in Kerman city, which should be implemented quickly.
He considered the immediate transfer of the lime kilns located in the industrial town as one of the main approvals in order to organize this area and emphasized: With the transfer of these kilns, the face of this area will change because according to the law, these kilns exist in the urban area. And the privacy of cities is also prohibited due to causing health problems.
The Chief Justice of Kerman Province said: Executive bodies must provide the ground for the transfer of these furnaces in the next three months, and if the infrastructure for the transfer of these furnaces is provided, we will issue the necessary judicial orders to close them in the industrial town, and of course issue This legal order will be carried out in the conditions that we know that the employment infrastructure of the owners and workers of these kilns is available in the new location, because one of the priorities of the judicial system in organizing the lime kilns is to preserve the employment of the workers in this field.
Mowahed continued: If the transfer of lime kilns from Kerman industrial town is not done, Kerman prosecutor will enter into the matter as the public prosecutor and because of the threat to public health, and will issue the necessary judicial orders to the relevant agencies. did
Emphasizing that there should not be any delay in organizing and transferring lime kilns from Kerman industrial town, he said: This action has been in the program of the relevant authorities for three years, but so far it has not come to fruition, and we hope that with some support Judiciary will be done in the coming months.
The Chief Justice of Kerman Province stated: Kerman Municipality has also committed to organize and improve the roads of the industrial town within the legal limits of the city, and to follow the issue of health and cleanliness in this area more seriously than in the past.
Referring to the fact that the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation and the Imam Khomeini (RA) Relief Committee have also announced their readiness to build houses for the underprivileged, Mowahed stated: Support organizations should regularly hold the necessary meetings and identify the needy people and Implement support programs.
He emphasized on the cooperation of the facilitation offices for the implementation of the programs for organizing the marginal areas and referring to this fact that the help and support of the people of this region is needed to attract funds and implement the plans for the organization of the industrial town as quickly as possible. said: the will of the institutions to work for the health, comfort and well-being of the people of this region, and if there is no cooperation of the people, we will not be successful, and in this regard, the facilitation offices should provide the basis for people’s companionship and communication with the trust of the public sector.
