According to the General Department of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Ayatollah Raisi, the head of the Judiciary, immediately after arriving in East Azarbaijan province, together with the representative of the legal guardian and the governor of East Azarbaijan, made an unannounced visit to the Tabriz machine factory and was closely involved in the process. The last production process was placed in this industrial complex.

In this meeting, Ayatollah Raisi, while having a face-to-face conversation with the workers of this complex and being present at the production line, was informed about the latest reform process of the Tabriz machine factory after the appointment of a new supervisor.

Also, at the end of his visit, the head of the Judiciary spoke to the workers for a few moments.

The Head of the Judiciary, emphasizing that our belief is that corruption is in the wheel of production, said: wherever there is corruption, production will be less prosperous or shut down, and wherever there is a fight against corruption, the wheels of production will move more and more. It becomes more prosperous.

Ayatollah Raisi emphasized: There should be no obstacles to production anywhere, and in the year of booming production, not only in words, but in action, one should do something so that all the workshops and factories and this complex, which is a shining gem in the Azerbaijan region, can shine as much as possible. be and the production increases day by day.

He asked the workers and specialists of the Tabriz machine factory to make a double effort and reminded: the managers and officials and ministries that have a role in removing production obstacles should solve the problems that this factory and similar factories are facing today in order to remove the obstacles. Production will cause more and more prosperity.

The head of the Judiciary stated: The Judiciary expects the work to be done so accurately, without problems and away from any corruption and conflict that the workers, producers, managers and dear people who are watching see that the work is done correctly in It is being done and whenever there is a problem, like what happened in the case of Tabriz machine building, in the field of how to hand over and receive funds that were not used here and were converted into other amounts in the open market due to the difference in the price of the dollar, it will be followed up.

Ayatollah Raeesi gave a brief description of the Tabriz machine factory situation a while ago and said: Someone without having any income suddenly becomes the owner of a factory through large government loans and then says that he is following the boom in production and on the other hand instead of increasing production It results in the stoppage of production and unemployment of workers, but thankfully, this problem was solved with the intervention of the judicial system and the follow-up of officials and managers.

He expressed his hope that by solving the problem of the Tabriz machine factory, we will see an increase in production day by day.

The Head of Judiciary, referring implicitly to the conclusion of the largest contract in the history of the machine factory with a foreign country after fighting corruption in this group, considered the conclusion of contracts between the Tabriz Machine Factory and other countries to be an indication of the ability of this group and said: this group in terms of A mechanic has the ability to have 100% production by himself. Ayatollah Raisi noted: We hope that this factory will have the shine it had before these handovers, with the actions and follow-ups that have been carried out.

He emphasized: The ministries that are responsible, especially the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare, which, according to the governor, should take measures against some problems, should follow the desired issues.

Therefore, according to the report, Tabriz Machining Group is one of the largest factories in Tabriz and the first manufacturer of machine tools in the country.

Prosperity returns to Tabriz machinery industry with the removal of corrupt wood from the production wheel

Tabriz Machine Manufacturing Company, with more than fifty years of history of producing all kinds of machine tools and providing continuous after-sales services in the country, is considered one of the old factories of Iran; But this company has faced many problems in recent years.

Based on Article 44 of the Constitution, this company was handed over several times by a private organization and faced problems after the handover due to the lack of verification of the eligibility of the buyer by the privatization organization.

Tabriz Machinery Manufacturing is a victim of wrong handover

At the last stage in 2017, the privatization organization, without looking at the issues, handed over this factory to a person who was later found to have received 400 million dollars of government currency and sold it in the open market.

A few days after this handover, Gurban Ali Farrokhzad spoke about his plans to revive production in a press conference; But in practice, the production wheel of this factory stopped moving during his management, and the judicial system’s decisive fight against economic corruption, which gained more speed and momentum since last year, exposed the abuse of the treasury by the new owner of Tabriz Machinery, and with the entry of the judiciary, Machine building again to its owner before privatization; It means that Foulad pension fund is back.

In addition to planning to boost production in this factory, the judicial system also dealt with the accusations of Gurban Ali Farrokhzad, and on May 3rd of this year, Gholam Hossein Esmaili, the spokesman of the judiciary, condemned him for the crime of participating in the disruption of the foreign exchange system through large-scale currency smuggling in a network. He announced 20 years of imprisonment, payment of fine and confiscation of open currencies.

Refreshing the spirit of machine building with the entry of the judicial system into the issue of assignment

According to the latest report of the spokesman of the judiciary in the 10th press conference, in this case, the only action of the judiciary was the return of Tabriz Machinery Manufacturing to the government. The value of the assignment and the expert price that they had estimated was 688 billion tomans, which was canceled after the follow-up and Tabriz Machinery Industrial Group was returned to the treasury.

It should be mentioned that now the result of the special removal of Kharan from the management of Tabriz Machinery Group by the judiciary is the conclusion of the biggest contract in history for a company that was dying until yesterday. 30 million dollars of export is the result of the judicial system’s fight against managerial corruption in only one industrial complex and that too within a very short period of time.

According to this contract, Tabriz Machining Company will deliver CNC machine tools to Syria within 6 years.
