Chief Justice Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad:
According to the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provincial Justice Public Relations, in order to coordinate the most mobilization of lawyers and the provincial judiciary, a group of the Basij Lawyers’ Council met with Dr. Negin Taji, the Chief Justice of the province.
Hassan Negin Taji in this meeting, stating that the mobilization of lawyers can do good activities in the field of legal problems of different sections of society, added: launching the issue of guidance and judicial assistance is one of the important things that the mobilization of lawyers is able to do. And can play an effective role in reducing litigation delays.
The Chief Justice of the province also found the use of cyberspace in legal advice useful.
Hassan Negin Taji continued: “The establishment of arbitration law firms in reducing the number of people referring to the courts is another matter that the mobilization of lawyers can play an effective role in this regard.”
The head of the Judicial Council of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Provinces stated that the Judicial Services Offices in the province refer the contracts in which the condition of arbitration is mentioned to the arbitration institutions to resolve the dispute. The senior judicial official of the province expressed the usefulness of conducting research work by members of the Basij of lawyers, adding: “Basij of lawyers can investigate projects that solve a problem of the people.”
He concluded: “Crime prevention is another activity that can mobilize lawyers.”
