According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei in the final meeting of the provincial trip to Sistan and Baluchestan, referring to the achievements of the sixth provincial trip of the Supreme Judicial Council in the new term, said: Judiciary departed to 12 cities and visited some judicial centers and authorities, including prisons, in face-to-face and direct meetings with the public.

The head of the judiciary stated: The first deputy of the judiciary and the head of the Supreme Court also met face to face with 276 people who referred to the judiciary and issued appropriate orders in order to resolve their judicial issues.

The head of the judiciary said: “In addition, written letters from the people have been received, which will be processed and the results will be communicated to the senders of the letters.”

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the urgent measures that should be taken to resolve judicial issues in Sistan and Baluchestan province, specifically pointed to the problems of forensic equipment and registration offices in this province and said: forensic medicine buildings are established in some cities of Sistan and Baluchestan province. No, and in some other cities of the province, there are shortcomings in forensic buildings that we will take measures to solve this problem and with the help of the governor, 7 to 8 billion tomans will be allocated to this issue.

The head of the judiciary pointed out the problems that exist in the field of property and deed registration offices of Sistan and Baluchestan province and said: only in 9 cities of Sistan and Baluchestan province, the deed and property registration office is established; During this trip, it was decided to set up document registration offices in the two cities of the province as soon as possible, and to take appropriate measures to establish these offices in other cities of the province.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the provision of human resources in the General Justice of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, said: 8 judges will be temporarily added to the Sistan and Baluchestan Justice Complex and 3 branches of the court, including family and Legal issues will also be added to the judicial structure of the province so that the judicial affairs of the people of Sistan and Baluchestan province can proceed more rapidly.

The head of the judiciary pointed out that he had held several public meetings during his visit to Sistan and Baluchestan, and said that the main demands of the people were to reduce the sentences of their convicted relatives and to complain about the delay in judicial proceedings. People, we will take the necessary action within the legal limits.

Explaining the reasons for the delay in some cases in Sistan and Baluchestan province, the Chief Justice stated: In some cases involving serious crimes such as premeditated murder, the investigation process is time consuming; On the other hand, there are a number of multi-plaintiff cases in Sistan and Baluchestan province, which sometimes prolong the tracking and examination of property related to these cases.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei in the end emphasized on developing the culture of peace and reconciliation and resolving disputes based on the maximum use of popular capacities and the influence of the words of the tribal leaders in Sistan and Baluchestan province.
