The Chief Justice of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province said: Last year, more than 75% of the cases submitted to the judicial system of the province were processed.

According to the public relations of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Justice, Bahrami, the Chief Justice of the province, emphasized that the mission of the province’s judiciary is to preserve the human dignity of citizens and ensure the decisive implementation of justice. Percentage of cases submitted to the judiciary, of which 55% were assigned, 3% of the total votes were violated and 11% were Article 477 applications. He pointed out: in 1998, compared to 1997, the number of closed cases increased by seven percent, and in total, in 1998 and the first five months of this year, the total number of cases of judicial units and enforcement departments increased from 52,060 to 43,000. 800 cases were reduced.

The Chief Justice of the province, stating that the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Judiciary had the highest rank in the country in the field of training judges in 1998 and was recognized as one of the top ranks in verifying legality and health during inspections, said: “Our effort is to make people taste Feel justice and be satisfied with the performance of the judiciary.

Bahrami also noted the focus on providing public counseling in three areas: religious forces, traditional partnerships, and grassroots participation: Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari was the first province to collect illegal camps, and there are currently 16 camps allowed to leave. Addiction is active in this province.

Bahrami also pointed to the lack of judicial staff in comparison with the volume of cases and said: in the provincial judiciary, there are an average of 1700 cases per judge, while the national average is 1300 cases per judge, and this can be done quickly and The quality of work is effective.
