He added: Measures should be taken to prevent such incidents or reduce their costs.

The head of the judiciary continued by honoring the Islamic Human Rights Day and stated: “Unfortunately, the Western system of domination and arrogance imposes its definition of human and human rights on others and different societies based on its material and selfish interests. Therefore, it is necessary to define the human being and his rights in the first step.

He continued: Until now, despite the efforts made in the past years, we have not been able to properly explain and describe Islamic human rights and expose the various dimensions of the crimes of the Western and Zionist domination and arrogance against human rights, of which only examples are found in Palestine and Yemen, we observe, pay; Therefore, more steps should be taken in this direction and we can take advantage of Muharram’s opportunity and base in this direction.

Referring to his recent trip to Bushehr province and visiting the warehouses of the port, customs and property organization of this province, the head of the judicial system continued to point out the pathology of the process of goods entering the country by sea and the problems and problems that exist during this process. He pointed out and stated: One of the damages and problems in this process is the time-consuming and slow unloading of goods from the ship to the port; On the other hand, when these goods are unloaded at the port, it takes a lot of time to declare their status to customs.

He added: Another damage and problem is that these goods are not declared to the Property Organization for collection after being delivered to the customs, despite the fact that they have been abandoned for several years. Or they are announced late, and there are problems in the said organization, most of which are caused by the incompleteness of the systems.

Qazi al-Qadat continued: Some of these goods are still considered to be smuggled or abandoned; are not separated; Of course, the decision regarding the contraband goods is different from the decision that should be taken regarding the abandoned goods; Therefore, the assignment of such goods should be specified.

In this regard, the head of the judiciary ordered the country’s attorney general and the heads of justices to follow up on the assignment of the goods in these warehouses by continuously raiding the warehouses of the ports, customs, and the property organization, and the work that has been started diligently in this regard don’t leave it, because this issue is related to people’s rights and the country’s needs.

Qazi al-Qadat emphasized: the situation of customs warehouses and property organization in different parts of the country, especially in Hormozgan and Bushehr provinces, has improved a lot, and good steps have been taken in this direction, especially in the field of discipline of goods and shipments, as well as speeding up the assignment and sale of them in The property organization has been removed; Of course, there are still severe weaknesses in this field in the ports that need to be fixed.

The head of the Judiciary continued with some points regarding his recent visit to the warehouses of the port, customs and property organization of Bushehr and the cars, heavy road construction machinery and other equipment in these warehouses and areas, which were sometimes damaged under the sun and in harsh weather. The head of the judiciary continued by referring to the story of the existence of 30 undecided containers in the special economic zone of Bushehr, as well as the existence of more than 300 heavy machines for road construction in the customs of this city and the issues that exist regarding their clearance, and said: As a result of the field visit and questions And in the answer I had with the relevant officials in Bushehr, I realized that at some point it was stipulated that if these heavy machines have been produced for more than 3 years, they will not receive a clearance permit; Later, we found out that these cars had been produced for less than 3 years when they entered the country, so they did not have a problem in this regard for clearance; However, they were not cleared for other reasons, including the environmental license or the license of the “Commission of Article One of the Executive Regulations of Export and Import Regulations in Support of Production”; However, to resolve these issues, a solution must be considered; Because it is our responsibility to resolve such issues.
