According to the Judiciary Media Center, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei in a meeting with judges and staff of the judiciary in Golestan province, stating that all employees of the judiciary should be thankful to God Almighty for their serious responsibility to the people, said: All of us in the system Judicially, we are exposed to the temptations of the devil, the devil of your character and the air of the soul, and relying on prayer, the Infallibles (peace be upon them) and also paying attention to the verses of the Holy Quran are among the ways to overcome these temptations.

The head of the judiciary, referring to the issues and problems raised by judges and staff of the judiciary in Golestan province, said during the meeting: “I am aware of the problems of judicial colleagues and officials of different departments of the judiciary have joined to resolve issues and problems of judicial colleagues.” They are trying and struggling and there is no shortage in this regard.

Referring to the status of the bill on dispute resolution councils, the head of the judiciary said: “We are paying serious attention to the final approval of the bill on dispute resolution councils in the Islamic Consultative Assembly;” Of course, it should be noted in this regard that from the beginning, when dispute resolution councils were formed, the main issue was to use the people’s capacities in these councils, and based on this, mechanisms to convert these councils into government agencies were not installed.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, referring to the importance of the issue of accreditation of official documents, said: “Diligent efforts have been made to accredit official documents in the judiciary, and in this regard, many consultations have been held with relevant officials and officials and for them.” Many problems arising from the use of ordinary documents in different parts of the country have been explained.

Referring to the problems and difficulties that the judiciary and the people face in terms of validity of ordinary documents, the Chief Justice said: “We in the judiciary are diligently seeking to validate official documents and remove the validity of ordinary documents, and in this regard with the Supreme Leader.” We have talked about leadership; We have also had consultations and discussions with the Guardian Council and scholars of Qom and experts in this regard, and we have emphasized to them that the current situation regarding the validity of ordinary documents has numerous side effects.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei stated: We announced that if the Guardian Council also considers the deletion of validity of ordinary documents as illegal, the parliament will submit a resolution to remove the validity of ordinary documents and this issue will be decided by the Assembly. The interest of the system goes; However, this issue is being pursued and we hope that the necessary result will be achieved.

The Chief Justice also considered the avoidance of criminalization as one of the goals of the Judicial Transformation Document and said: “Our effort in the judiciary is to avoid new criminalization and reduce the number of 2,000 criminal cases so that the number of cases can be reduced.” Be reduced to judicial centers and authorities, and thus, in addition to increasing the quality of judicial proceedings, also prevent the exhaustion of forces.

Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei in the end stressed the importance of paying attention to the mental and physical health of the staff of the judiciary and stated that the judiciary is taking significant measures to provide medical services to its staff.

Referring to the third place in the country of Golestan province in reducing the criminal population, he said: “This year, compared to the same period last year, we have had a 15% decrease in the number of prisoners entering prisons and 58% of judges and judicial officials visiting prisons.” Has increased this year.

The Chief Justice of Golestan Province, referring to the success of this judiciary in the field of protection of public rights and public funds, stated: Over 99% of national lands and natural resources in Golestan Province have been documented by the Provincial Property and Deeds Registration Office, and 89% Lands in Golestan province have also been included in the cadastral plan.

Asyabi emphasized: In line with the emphasis of the Judiciary on strengthening direct and unmediated relations with the people, during this year, 34,000 public meetings have been held by the judicial officials of Golestan province.

Representatives of judges, administrative staff and some organizations affiliated with the judiciary also expressed their views and opinions in various fields.
