Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajeei further pointed out the importance of the judiciary and the importance of the position of judgment: if the judiciary is powerful, independent and correct in its actions, many perversions and inadequacies and the occurrence of crimes will be prevented and prevented, and if the judiciary is at the level of justice If it is Islamic, it can protect the rights of the oppressed from the oppressors and cut off the hands of any aggressors against the lives and wealth of people and divine values ​​and punish the traitors and aggressors.

The Head of the Judiciary stated that the most important asset in the Judiciary is the human resources, both judges and employees, and stated: We are working day and night in the Judiciary based on our capabilities and capacity, and we are also asking you, Friday imams across the country. We ask that you help us to carry out the assigned missions as best as possible.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajeei stated: I have no other goal than to serve the people and the system, and considering that we are in the fifth decade of the revolution, many mistakes are no longer accepted from us, so we must help each other to serve the system and the people in a decent manner. do.

Referring to the priorities of the judicial system in the recent period, the head of the judiciary said: I am trying as much as possible for peace to prevail in the society and for the judicial system to be a refuge and refuge for the people and to provide more assistance to the poor classes and strata.

Referring to the supervisory duty and responsibility of the judiciary and the General Inspection Organization in particular, Judge Al-Qadat stated: In the recent period, I have emphasized to the General Inspection Organization to pay attention to the implementation of the approved laws in the country, and if An agency that does not pay due attention to the implementation of the approved law should immediately follow up on the matter and not be satisfied with just a warning.

The head of the Judiciary emphasized: “Abstention from the law is an anti-value, and attention to the implementation of the law is one of our priorities in the Judiciary, and we have this firm belief that considering the efforts it takes to pass a law, the said law should be implemented.” And if there are defects, take action to correct it.

The head of the judiciary also pointed to the duties and responsibilities of the Administrative Court of Justice as one of the sub-sets of the judicial system and said: I have emphasized to the Administrative Court of Justice that if an official commits a violation in his legal position or does injustice to a member of the society. , handle the issue accurately and quickly; When there is a detailed and comprehensive investigation on the issue of violation or evasion of the law by several officials, it will be a lesson for many officials that they should not break the law and avoid the law and respect the rights of the people.

The Head of the Judiciary also said: In the Judiciary, during the last 13 months, we had the most interaction with the members of the parliament and we have held meetings with almost all commissions and factions of the parliament.

He added: I believe that if centers and judicial authorities have defects, these defects should not be hidden from the eyes of the people’s representatives and you Friday imams, so I suggest you, Friday imams, to visit the centers and judicial authorities and prisons. The Head of the Judiciary went on to say: Today, people are suffering from the spread of vulgarity and social anomalies, and they are complaining about some discriminations, corruptions and inefficiencies of our officials at different levels. Today, people are complaining about some rents and corruptions that lead to creating a class gap and distorting social justice; People are upset that the lives of officials are different from other classes of society; People will be displeased if we, the officials, take advantage of inappropriate and unnecessary ceremonies in this situation.

The head of the Judiciary made this proposal to the officials of the Policy Council of Friday Imams and Friday Imams across the country, that by forming working groups in each city with the participation and presence of the judicial officials and other relevant officials, they should deal with the problems specific to that city and the people of that city. The head of the policymaking council of Friday imams of the country stated that the judiciary has special and unique capacities such as the position of the public prosecutor and the inspection organization, and said: these capacities of the judiciary can play a significant role in the implementation of the laws and the advancement of the country’s public programs.
