Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, in a speech, stated that the blessed decade of Fajr and the glorious Islamic Revolution was a light that was radiated from Islam based on the sincerity and struggle of Imam Khomeini and was a new life for dear Islam. The Imam of our revolution was an explosion of light; In the explosion of light, night owls and miscreants are taken by surprise and run away, and the right-seekers, justice-seekers and populists become famous.
The head of the judiciary, referring to the unique existential dimensions of Imam Khomeini and his spiritual greatness, said: For our great Imam, everything other than God seemed worthless and invalid; Our Imam entered the field relying on God Almighty and relying on and trusting the people and carrying out the Great Jihad and the Lesser Jihad, and established a great change and revolution.
Referring to the distinguishing features of Imam Khomeini’s revolution with other revolutions in the world, the head of the judiciary said: This preference was due to the divinity and popularity of the Imam Revolution.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei further stated that Imam Khomeini, by founding the Islamic Revolution, made the impossible possible from the point of view of many claimants, clarified: Imam Khomeini (ra) with jihad and revolution that realized many thoughts and The views and analyzes that were based on materialistic views were invalidated and proved to the whole world that the tyrants and arrogant ones could be dismantled by the transcendent element of religion and the reliance on the people and the just.
The head of the judiciary, emphasizing that the unique existential dimensions and lofty and sublime thoughts of Imam Khomeini have not been properly recognized yet, said: The movement, jihad and revolution of Imam Khomeini created a new era in the world, and from this perspective, the work of Imam Khomeini They were similar to the resurrection of the prophets.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei continued by stating that in order to celebrate and glorify the path and revolution of Imam Khomeini, we must be faithful to the values on which Imam Khomeini established the Islamic Revolution, considered one of these values as the maximum realization of social justice and He said: The Imam rose up and made a revolution to achieve and spread justice; Therefore, we must be constantly steadfast in the path of justice and prioritize solving the problems of the people, especially the oppressed and the deprived.
The head of the judiciary considered populism as one of the outstanding features of the Islamic Revolution led by Imam Khomeini and said: “Our great Imam considered the people as Muharrams and shared many things with the text of the people;” In Imam Khomeini’s intellectual and political system, honesty with the people was the basic condition of good governance.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei stated: Imam Khomeini, who was extremely humble and humble towards his nation, his people, warriors, the oppressed, the deprived and the orphans, acted against the international oppressors and arrogant at the height of his power and arrogance. Emphasizing that being Islamic and being a people was in the essence of the Imam’s revolution, the head of the judiciary said: Imam Khomeini always said that you should support the Supreme Leader so that the country and the revolution are not harmed, so we should follow the Imam and honor him. In the end, the head of the judiciary thanked Hojjatoleslam and Muslims, Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, the patron saint of the holy shrine of Imam Rahel, greeted the high spirits of the Grand Ayatollah Safi Golpayegani and congratulated him on the occasion of the blessed month of Rajab al-Marjab.
Before the speech of the head of the judiciary, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims, Seyyed Hassan Khomeini, the guardian of the holy shrine of Imam Khomeini, said that if justice is formed in a system, it can be considered a righteous system. Another important part of achieving justice in society depends on convincing people that these rulings are fair.
Referring to the distinctive features of Mohseni Ejei’s tenure at the helm of the judiciary, he said: We are witnessing a movement towards justice and a sense of justice in society.
It is worth mentioning that Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims, Mohseni Ejei and high judicial officials, after renewing the pact with the ideals of the great architect of the Islamic Revolution, came to the tombs of the martyrs of the 7th of Tir and asked for the ranks of the noble souls of these martyrs.
The Chief of Justice, along with members of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, also paid tribute to the martyrs of the Islamic Revolution and the Holy Defense by attending the Garden of the Martyrs of Behesht Zahra in Tehran.
