The head of the judicial system, who attended the march on November 13th, and talked face to face with a number of marchers, added: “Also, the people, during their epic marches across the country on November 13th, asked all the forces and security agencies. To deal decisively with rioters and disrupters of the country’s security in the field and to identify and arrest the elements and main causes of the recent cases as soon as possible.

The Head of the Judiciary stated: Our people, in all their recent marches, including the march on the 13th of Aban, made a serious request to the judiciary to deal decisively and quickly with the elements and the main causes of the crimes committed, and to prosecute and punish them in accordance with The law is executive and operational.

The head of the Judiciary clarified: From the very first days of the recent cases, the judicial authorities asked the security and law enforcement agencies to identify, arrest and introduce the main elements of disturbances and riots; In this field, good successes have been achieved and this process continues; On this basis, I emphasize once again that the elements who killed and injured others in the recent cases, carried weapons with them, set people’s property on fire, disrupted social order, prevented people from doing business, created fear. They did and disturbed the peace of the people, they should be identified and introduced to the judicial system as soon as possible.

The judge also pointed to the arrest and trial process of some elements who committed murder during the recent cases and clarified: All the people who committed murder during the recent riots should be identified and introduced to the judicial system as soon as possible.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajei further emphasized to the relevant judicial authorities: As we said from the first day, the line of protesters and people affected by emotions is separate from the main elements who committed crimes and received orders from the enemy. Therefore, the judicial colleagues should take action as soon as possible in order to try and punish the deterrent elements and the causes of the recent riots.

In this regard, the head of the judiciary ordered his first deputy and the country’s attorney general to follow the process of completing the cases of the main elements of the recent riots on a daily basis and to provide the necessary assistance to the relevant judicial authorities who are responsible for completing the cases of these elements.

The Head of the Judiciary, referring to the clarification of the nature of the recent cases for all judges and relevant judicial authorities, explained the articles of the Islamic Penal Code, specifically Articles 279 to 288 of this law regarding the crimes of “War”, “Desecration of the Land” and “Baghi”. And he discussed their examples and punishments, and in this regard, he made special recommendations to the judicial authorities and said: In the recent events, there are those who are subject to one of these articles or even more than these articles; Judges should match these items carefully; A person may have committed an act to which several titles apply; Here too, the law has clarified the duty; For example, a person who has a firearm or cold weapon in his hand and uses it to accompany the enemy or as an agent of the enemy, disturbs the security of the country and creates fear in a certain area and at the same time kills someone. In this meeting, Babaei, the head of the Real Estate and Deeds Registration Organization, pointed out that this organization has identified 5 crime-causing and challenging centers and stated: Within a one-year written program, we will review and redesign all the processes governing these centers.

He named one of these criminal centers and challenges as the area of ​​company registration and said: Considering the population of about 2 million and 100 thousand legal entities registered with the company registration authority, the issue of prevention, monitoring and identification of virtual or paper companies, from the beginning of the year Currently, it is on the agenda of the Real Estate Registration Organization and so far several operational measures have been taken to impose restrictions in this field.

In another part of his speech, Kazemifared stated that the necessary measures for holding the exam for the issuance of the license of judicial electronic service offices are being carried out in December, and said: the registration for this exam will be done through the assessment organization, and the general and specific conditions will be announced soon. became.
