According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, in a meeting with the members of the Qom seminary community of teachers, stated that more than four decades have passed since the establishment of the Islamic Republic system, and stated: The ultimate expectation is that we can prove the Islamic system. And the state system is responsible for the world and the hereafter of the people and can bring both the world and the hereafter to the people.

Referring to the conspiracies of the enemies to create tension in the country by using sanctions and other conspiracies, the head of the judicial system stated: the enemy is trying to change the taste of the people, especially the new generation, and their lifestyle with different tools; On the other hand, the enemy’s focus is on distorting the image of the centers and authorities that are the shelter of the people.

Referring to the efforts of the judicial system to increase the social capital of the system and increase the people’s hope for the realization of justice in the society, Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei said: “In the new era of the judiciary, we are trying to use the capacities of the elites of the domain and the elites of different parts of the society to advance matters and To make a change in the management of the judicial system.

Stating that the judicial system should be safe and a refuge for everyone, the head of the judiciary clarified: any person who has this idea that he has been wronged, should be able to go to the judicial authorities to get his rights. Of course, the criminals should have fear, and the oppressors and transgressors should feel that there is a force against them.

Referring to the unprecedented interactions and like-mindedness that the judiciary has had with government officials and members of parliament over the past year, the head of the judiciary stated: In addition to members of the government and members of parliament, we have communicated with people from different walks of life over the past year. On the other hand, we have a close and targeted connection with the people’s text.

Referring to the various methods and methods of communication between the officials and senior managers of the judicial system with the people, which is ongoing, he said: Our focus in the continuous meetings and meetings with the people is only to resolve the issues and problems of the clients and the people in short. It is not possible and we have drawn these meetings based on the purposefulness and pathology of judicial procedures and processes.

The Head of the Judiciary, referring to public meetings of judicial officials during provincial trips, pointed out the presence of managers and representatives of the judicial system in about a thousand mosques in the holy month of Ramadan across the country and stated: Our goal is that the officials of the judiciary In addition to dealing with the legal and judicial issues of the people during public meetings, they should also explain the issues to the people.

Referring to the measures taken to improve the condition of prisons and prisoners and to monitor the work of the guards, Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei stated: All the prisons of the country have been visited by the judicial authorities more than twice in the recent period and this process will continue. had

Referring to the adoption of a pathological and problem-centered approach in the management of the judicial system, the head of the judiciary said: “During our provincial trips, we sometimes encounter problems and problems in various areas and departments that have remained intact despite the passage of several years; Therefore, based on the strategy we have adopted, we are trying to solve these issues and problems, and we have solved some of them, and some of them are about to be solved.

The Head of the Judiciary also pointed to the issue of endowments, which was raised in the words of a member of the community of teachers, and clarified: Solving issues related to endowments requires consensus and common thinking of different parts of the country, and this category should be carefully considered from different shari’a and legal dimensions. be evaluated.

It is worth mentioning that during this meeting, 12 members of the community of teachers of Qom seminary expressed their views and points of view on various judicial, political, social, cultural and economic issues.
