The head of the judiciary stated: Reaching a common understanding of the problems and dilemmas of the country and coordinated and complementary actions to overcome these issues are essential and priority issues for all three powers.
Remembering the importance of overcoming problems and obstacles without the cooperation and synergy of all forces and also the participation of the people, Qazi al-Qadat said: In the Islamic system, the basis of our work, while paying attention to divine and spiritual values, attention and care to The issues and problems of the people; In other words, people and their issues are at the core of our decisions, strategies and actions.
He clarified: On this basis, we in the three powers, and specifically in the government and the judiciary, must focus on solving the problems of the people before considering our own problems and issues. In other words, we must see people before we see ourselves.
Emphasizing that the priority of the three forces should be policy making and operational planning to solve the problems of the people, the head of the judiciary stated: the view and approach based on giving priority to solving the problems and problems of the people, is now in the three forces, current and ongoing; But it is necessary to deepen this view and approach and penetrate this category in all management layers and levels and turn it into a belief.

The president considered the separation and independence of the three powers to be one of the honors of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Constitution and added: separation and independence of powers never means non-interaction or insularity in governance. Wherever in the past 43 years there has been more coordination and empathy between the forces, things have progressed better, and wherever this coordination and empathy, followed by the cooperation of the forces, has been disturbed for any reason, things have faced more problems and obstacles.
Dr. Raisi pointed out that today all the agents of the Islamic Republic system in the three forces emphasize the necessity of coordination and empathy of all the elements of the system, and stated: The empathy of the three forces increases public hope and trust and is the necessity of running the country.

The president further mentioned that another important area of cooperation between the two powers is the prevention of crime and corruption and said: The more justice is done and the economic, social and cultural problems are solved in the society, the less crimes and corruptions will occur. Joins.
