According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimeen Mohseni Ajeei, today (Monday, August 31), during a speech at the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, while honoring the government week, the memory of martyrs Rajaee and Bahner and other martyrs of the revolution, including martyr Ayatollah Qudousi And he honored Martyr Lajurdi and said: Martyrs Rajaei and Bahonar have a great right on all of us. The head of the judicial system, enumerating the outstanding characteristics of martyrs Bahnar and Rajaei, stated: Martyr Bahnar was a cleric, manager and ideator; Martyr Rajaei was also a responsible, sincere, mujahid, religious, popular, simple-minded and supporter of the deprived, not in slogans but in action. Shahid Rajaei was very careful about the protection of Baitul Mal and avoided formalities.

Referring to the complexity of the face of hypocrisy and hypocrites, who were the perpetrators of the martyrdom of martyrs Rajai and Bahoner, the head of justice said: The face of hypocrisy is a complex face, and to expose it, God Himself has come to the field, and the behavior and attributes of hypocrites are described in Surah Al-Munafekun. The presence of the hypocrites is not limited to yesterday, but the hypocrites are today and will be tomorrow.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, referring to the recent report of the investigation and investigation of the parliament, said in the continuation of today’s meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary: Until last night, when I was following up, this report has not yet reached the judiciary. He clarified: However, upon receipt of the recent report of the parliamentary investigation and investigation, the Chief Justice of Tehran Province and the Tehran Prosecutor, while forming a special branch, should carefully and speedily and observe all aspects, examine the said report; It should be noted that such reports, which are read in the parliament, create mentalities in the people, so it is necessary to consider them with the utmost accuracy and speed in order to judge based on the law.

The Head of the Judiciary continued by referring to the debates that have been raised regarding the holding of the bar exam between the organizers and executors of this exam and the legislators in the parliament, while emphasizing the observance of the law in this regard, and ordered his legal deputy if there is any ambiguity in the implementation of the relevant law. Yes, they should urgently ask the parliament to interpret the law today. In this regard, he emphasized: We consider ourselves obliged to implement the law.

The head of the judiciary continued, pointing to the letters and letters that are sometimes mentioned in the news, written by some organization or person to the head of the judiciary, and said: “Some of these letters and letters are only published in the media, and their text does not reach us; Therefore, the Judiciary Media Center should continuously monitor such issues and pay attention to the receipt of the text of those letters so as not to create the mentality that the head of the judiciary does not give effect to the letters addressed to him.

In the continuation of today’s session, referring to the holding of a joint meeting of the government and the Supreme Council of the Judiciary hosted by the government last night, the head of the judiciary said: such meetings and joint meetings lead to a common understanding of the issues and problems of the authorities. becomes a country; However, one should not be satisfied with just these meetings and meetings, but joint working groups should be formed from such meetings to resolve issues and problems based on priorities; Based on this, the Minister of Justice should follow up on the formation of joint working groups between the government and the judiciary.

Referring to the contents and issues raised in last night’s joint meeting of the government board and the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, Judge Al-Qadat said: Blocking corruption-causing platforms and openings is one of the categories that is the subject of consensus and emphasis by the authorities. No matter how much corrupt platforms are blocked, the number of court cases and the workload of the judicial system will be reduced to the same extent, and this brings benefits to the government. Based on this, the head of the inspection organization, the head of the Administrative Court of Justice and the deputy of the prevention of the judiciary, either individually or in the form of a joint working group with the government, should pay attention to the counting of the holes and the main platforms for the production of corruption, within a maximum of three months.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei explained and explained some categories related to corruption holes in Admeh, and in this context, he mentioned four topics as examples: “Employment”, “Marriage”, “Some Banking Procedures” and “Discriminatory Approaches”.

In this regard, the judge stated: As much as the government, the parliament and the judiciary pay attention to removing obstacles to business, creating employment and preventing the closure of businesses and enterprises, many crimes will occur to the same extent. , corruptions, disputes and family problems are prevented.

Judge al-Qadat further pointed out the unfair discriminations that exist in different sectors and considered such discriminations to be the cause of psychological pressure on the people and said: One of the examples of these unfair discriminations is the membership of some people in the board of directors of several companies and institutions and their salaries and bonuses. is that they sometimes receive losses from such companies and institutions. These unfair discriminations are one of the sources of corruption; Both in the sense that it puts psychological pressure on the person who listens and is aware of these discriminations and may encourage him to do corruption, and in the sense that such membership of people in several institutions and companies, mostly loss-making, is done with forms that This itself leads to corruption.

The head of the Judiciary considered the need for special attention to the issue of prevention to be one of the other issues agreed upon by the Judiciary and the government and said: The Vice President of Social Affairs and Crime Prevention of the Judiciary should pay serious attention to the number of priority cases in the discussion of prevention. To clearly determine which categories should be put on the agenda of the judicial system and the government in order to prevent the occurrence of crime and corruption.

Hojjat-ul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajeei also ordered the Attorney General of the country with the help of other related judicial departments to take action on the number of priority cases of public rights, so that these cases can also be examined in the joint working groups formed between the government and the judicial system. .
