He clarified: What is examined in these inspections is the filing process, the principle of correspondence, the manner of hearings, objections, appeals, stop orders and the execution of judgments, of course, a part is monitored in the provincial capital. and a part of it is reviewed by attending the relevant commissions.

This judicial official listed the approach to the legal standards as one of the goals of this plan and stated: This action can lead to the prevention of tasteful behaviors and the prevention of possible actions against the law.

The Chief of Justice of Yazd province considered the principle of supervision to be the duty of the people and expressed: “It is hoped that in the future these supervisions will be removed from the technical mode with popular reports and will be criticized and reviewed by professional associations.” .

Deshiri said: These inspections are carried out based on Article 21 of the comprehensive directive on the affairs of the representatives of the judiciary and the supervision of quasi-judicial authorities, which states that the chief justices of the provinces must select inspectors to supervise the representatives of the province’s jurisdiction from among the employees of the corresponding provincial authorities. Issue their mission.
