According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, during his seventh official provincial trip, arrived in Qom province a few minutes ago at the head of the Supreme Judicial Council and was welcomed in the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (PBUH) by Ayatollah Saeedi. He was the representative of the supreme leader in the province as well as other provincial officials.

At the beginning of the arrival of Hojjat al-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ejei in Qom province, the son of the martyr who defended the shrine of “Ibrahim Ashrieh” welcomed the arrival of the head of the judiciary to this province by donating flowers.

The head of the judiciary, during his speech upon his arrival in Qom province, while referring to the goals of the provincial trips of the Supreme Judicial Board, stated: Qom is our main homeland; The purpose of the trip to this province is primarily to visit the holy shrine and meet the religious and revolutionary people, great scholars and great authorities; Also during this trip, according to previous provincial trips, reviewing issues and resolving problems of the judicial and non-judicial sector of the province is on the agenda.

The head of the judiciary, stating that other officials and senior officials of the judiciary accompany him on his trip to Qom, pointed to the presence of these senior judicial managers in different parts of the province to investigate judicial and non-judicial issues and problems of the people and disobey the judicial centers of the province. And he stated: Qom is a holy center; We hope to be able to take the necessary measures during this trip in order to solve the judicial and non-judicial issues and problems of Qom province.

It is worth mentioning that Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mohseni Ejei, upon arrival in Qom province, while visiting the holy shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (PBUH) on the graves of scholars announced buried next to this holy shrine, including Ayatollahs Baha’u’llah, Behjat, Araki, Golpayegani , Yazdi, Hashemi, Shahroudi and Mesbah were present and while reciting the Fatiha, he questioned their exaltation from God Almighty.

It is worth mentioning that a number of people and pilgrims to the shrine of Hazrat Fatemeh Masoumeh (PBUH) met with the head of the judiciary in the nave of Imam Khomeini’s holy shrine and expressed their issues and problems in the presence of the head of the judiciary and other judicial officials.

Meeting with various segments of the population and clerics, meeting with judges and judicial staff of Qom province, attending the administrative council and reviewing the judicial problems of the province and approving resolutions to solve the problems of the judiciary are the most important plans of the head of the judiciary to visit Qom province.

The other high-ranking judicial officials who will accompany the Chief Justice on his trip to Qom will each go to different parts of the province to meet with the people directly and without intermediaries, to get acquainted with their problems, and to resolve judicial and other issues. Their problems are to take appropriate action as much as possible.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Gholam-Hossein Mohseni Ejei has officially traveled to Ilam, Qazvin, Khuzestan, Golestan, Khorasan-e-Razavi and Sistan and Baluchestan provinces since taking office as the head of the judiciary on July 30, last year. The official visit of the head of the judiciary is considered in the new era.

Of course, the presidency of the judiciary in the new term, in addition to official provincial trips with the Supreme Judicial Council, has also included informal and informal trips in its work plan; Alborz, Isfahan and Hormozgan provinces were the provinces to which the head of the judiciary has recently traveled without formalities.

The common denominator of all provincial trips of the Chief Justice in the new era – including official trips with the Supreme Judicial Council and informal trips without formalities – direct and indirect meetings with the people throughout Islamic Iran and resolving their legal and judicial issues and problems. It is also a problem-oriented and specialized approach to the challenges and harms that are somehow related to the duties and responsibilities of the judiciary, especially in the field of protection of public rights.
