The Head of the Judiciary went on to state that officials such as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the Attorney General have important and lofty positions in the law and in the minds of the people, and stated: Considering this matter and also the significant judicial and administrative records of the judges of the Supreme Court, for Maintaining the high position of the Supreme Court and promoting it, both the head of the judiciary and the officials and judges of this court have serious and important duties and responsibilities.

While referring to Article 161 of the Constitution, which oversees the responsibilities of the Supreme Court in monitoring the correct implementation of laws in the courts and establishing the unity of judicial procedure, the head of the Judiciary said: conducting consistent and continuous analyzes of the provisions of the laws, the interpretations of which cause a lot of confusion. Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, referring to the necessity of prioritization to eliminate the defects and deficiencies in various parts of the judicial system, said: “It has always been my belief that we should start examining and eliminating the weaknesses and deficiencies from our own collection; On this basis, I ask you judges of the Supreme Court, who have valuable experience in the judiciary and are considered among the learned, to investigate and eliminate the weak points of the assistants of the judicial officials in this important matter.

Referring to the importance of the general public’s view of the judicial system, the head of the judiciary said: sometimes people and even some officials and properties are not informed about the efforts and services of our judicial colleagues, the difficulty of their work and the high volume of cases, and this lack of information is the reason. It is possible for them to have an unrealistic view of the judiciary, so it is necessary for us to explain the services and hard work of our judicial colleagues.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mortazavi Moghadam stated that there is no other way to reduce the number of cases to the Supreme Court except to amend some legal provisions and stated: We have submitted our suggestions to the Supreme Court to amend some articles of the procedural law and we hope that The legal deputy of the judiciary should advance the process of reforming these legal articles efficiently and as soon as possible.

He also announced the compilation and publication of a collection of all the unanimous decisions of the history of the Supreme Court and said: “The positive thing that was done recently in the General Board of the Supreme Court was the collection and publication of a collection of all the decisions of the history of this court, including legal ones. And it was a crime that this collection can be very useful for judges all over the country.

The President of the Supreme Court stated that this court has considered special branches to deal with cases of economic corruption, security and some other issues, and clarified: due to the high volume of cases in the Supreme Court, all the employees of this court Both the judges and the administrative employees have had a very good and sincere cooperation in order to deal with the cases and close them.

Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mortazavi Moghadam also noted: The Supreme Court and the judges of this court declare their full support for the decisive positions of the head of the judiciary in creating security in the country, fighting economic corruption and reforming affairs.

Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Montazeri, the Attorney General of the country, while giving explanations about the issue of the meeting of the General Board of the Supreme Court of the country regarding whether “the request for retrial is up to the prosecutor or not”, pointed out the heavy workload in the Supreme Court and praised the judges and employees.
