Care must be taken not to damage the original traditions and assets of Yazd, including religiosity, artistry and hard work of the people of this province.

While referring to the industrial and mining hub of Yazd province and the elites of this province, the head of the judiciary said: the effect of the work of the elites of Yazd province should be reflected within this province and it is necessary to prevent the migration of Yazd elites outside the province. On the other hand, if the loss of foreign immigrants in the province is more than their benefit, this issue will definitely cause loss and damage.

Referring to the issue of water scarcity that many parts of the world are struggling with, the head of the judicial system clarified: if we cannot increase the country’s water resources and pay attention to “resource management”, “consumption” and “separation of consumption” of water. If we don’t have it, in the near future we will face problems in the whole country; Therefore, increasing the country’s water resources is essential, and the judicial system is ready to help the government in the legal aspects of the issue.

Referring to the high capacities of Yazd province in the fields of tourism and accepting industrial and manufacturing immigrants, he said: the transit line of Yazd and the desert capacity of this province, while it is considered a high potential, can also cause damage and threats due to the activities of drug smugglers and other smugglers, therefore, the governor and the military, law enforcement and intelligence forces of Yazd province must take utmost care so that the positive aspects of Yazd region do not become traumatic points.

Referring to the establishment of the central prison in the city of Yazd, the head of the judiciary stressed the necessity of taking measures to move this penitentiary center outside the city with the help and assistance of the governorate.

Referring to the importance of the strength of the family institution and the direct impact of this category on the social and security stability of the country, the head of the judiciary said: If we cannot take more effective steps to solve the livelihood and economic problems of the people, it may be difficult to control social harms and anomalies. Therefore, the provincial authorities should pursue the issue of eliminating unemployment and improving the livelihood and economic level of the people more seriously.
