According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, after a four and a half hour visit by Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimin Mohseni Ajei to the Bushehr Special Economic Zone and the port warehouses, the customs and property organization of this province held a special meeting last night to review the solutions for assigning tasks and organizing the status of the port warehouses. The Bushehr Customs and Property Organization was held in the presence of the head of the judiciary and all responsible institutions.
In this meeting, the CEO of the Property Organization, Deputy Minister of Security, Governor of Bushehr, judicial officials of the province and trustees of Bushehr Customs Department were present.
One of the agendas of this meeting was to review the status and assignment of 976 luxury cars and 300 heavy machinery for road construction that were kept in Bushehr customs warehouses.
In the said meeting, it was determined that the clearance of these cars and machines faces 4 obstacles, which are: “The issue of years; Overseeing how to import used machinery up to a maximum of 5 years; “Standard License”; “Not allowed to import cars above 2500 cc”; “Not allowing clearance for cars over $40,000”.
Referring to his visit to Bushehr Special Economic Zone and the warehouses of the port, customs and property organization of this province, the head of the judiciary stressed: So far, in line with the organization of port warehouses, customs and property organization with the cooperation of all three authorities, especially the government and the judicial system has taken positive and forward-looking actions; These measures should continue and I will definitely follow up on the issues, problems and obstacles in the organization of the warehouses of the port, customs, and Bushehr property organization in various ways, including in the meeting of the heads of the three powers.
The head of the judicial system clarified: In terms of protecting the public treasury and the rights of the people, it is in no way acceptable that property and currencies are spent on importing goods needed into the country and these goods are left to rot and be abandoned under the sun and in bad weather. To solve this problem, we must bring all the officials of the relevant departments and institutions to the line.
He added: In the case of the organization of port warehouses, customs and property organization, in the sense that it is a category related to the rights of the people and the treasury, there are no excuses for not fulfilling the responsibilities. The relevant officials should not be satisfied with just preparing and sending a letter, but should follow up the issues in this field until the result is achieved.
In the continuation of this meeting, the Chief Justice ordered the Chief Justice of Bushehr to prepare a comprehensive and complete report on the condition of cars and machines in the customs warehouses of this province as soon as possible.
The head of the judicial system also clarified: that part of the issues related to the organization of the warehouses of the port, customs and property organization of Bushehr, which oversees legal and judicial issues, will be quickly followed up and resolved with the follow-up of our colleagues in the judiciary of this province. Also, if there is a need to promulgate government regulations to advance this organization, I will raise the matter in the meeting of the heads of forces.

In this meeting, the head of justice also asked the customs officials of Bushehr province to submit a report on the amount and status of 10% goods in Bushehr customs to the judiciary and the government. The meaning of 10% shipments is the goods that the importer failed to settle the government rights, so 10% of them remained in the customs.
