According to the Khuzestan Judiciary Public Relations, Hojjatoleslam and Muslims Abdul Hamid Amanat Behbahani stated in the first video conference session of the National Working Group on Partnership and Interaction of Popular Institutions with the Judiciary: NGOs are established.

Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Amanat Behbahani stated: The volume of cases submitted to the judiciary is high and many of these cases are preventable, but it is necessary for other organizations and government and public institutions to help this system.
He said: The Deputy for Crime Prevention of Khuzestan Province has started programs with the cooperation of non-governmental organizations since 1390, which achieved success in reducing some crimes and social harms, and we hope that with the implementation of this instruction, which is very complete, transparent and It is scientific, we will see a further reduction of crimes in the province.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Amanat Behbahani pointed out: In order to implement this instruction in the province, this deputy has formed two working groups with members of different departments of the province and non-governmental organizations and meetings have also been held.
The Director General of Public Participation and Social Capital of the Judiciary, in this meeting, noting that the instructions specify tasks for the responsible authorities, said: Coordination of removing obstacles and facilitating the implementation of the instructions are among the issues that should be considered with the consensus .
Ahmad Henri added: “The working group is chaired by the Judiciary’s Deputy for Social Affairs and Crime Prevention. 2. The United Nations and Human Rights, the relevant deputy head of the Dispute Resolution Council Center, and the General Directorate of Public Participation and Social Capital of the Judiciary, along with six representatives of public institutions, are members of the National Working Group on Public Participation and Interaction.
In the continuation of this meeting, each of the representatives of the competent organizations expressed their opinions and suggestions to remove the obstacles to the implementation of this instruction.
At the end of the meeting, it was decided that the opinions of each member of the working group would be announced to the Judiciary’s social deputy and crime prevention within a certain period of time. The corresponding provincial working group should also be formed and their reports should be received.
