Emphasizing that Ashura people should not have problems in the square, the head of the judicial system added: People should not be caught up in what is causing them concern now, of course there are issues and problems; But in this field, everything is in this long word that humanity should be proud of the holy existence of Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (a.s.) and these knots will be solved with the help of Imam Hussain (a.s.).

Ayatollah Raisi added: These problems will be solved with follow-up, with the stipulation that we decide to solve the problems in the name of Imam Hossein (AS) in these days within a short period of time.

Stating that the atmosphere of the country is an atmosphere of resistance, he emphasized: The Supreme Leader has raised the flag of resistance, we are also his children, and the spirit of the people is the spirit of resistance. When the American drone was shot down, they proved that we can.

He continued: It seems that many of these problems have been created by the enemy or due to the imprudence of some people. But it is pursued and solved by the powerful hands of strong-willed people and with the blessing of the name of Aba Abdullah Al-Hussein (AS).

Referring to the national lands, the head of the judiciary said: “We had a meeting with the Council for the Protection of the Rights of the Treasury and it was decided that the issues should be followed up and a time set. We have set a month, which we hope will be followed up with the efforts of the gentlemen.”

He emphasized: We should not witness any aggression towards the national wealth, natural resources and lands, but it should be stopped and the previous cases should be determined.

Ayatollah Raisi said: Why should there be illegal wells in the country, which according to statistics are equal to or more than the authorized wells? is it correct? Don’t governments and responsible institutions have the authority to stop this.

The head of the judicial system continued: The management in the responsible departments should witness the increase of illegal wells in front of their eyes? Is this true? He added: It is said that some organizations have built buildings, what should we do with them? Organizations that are guilty in this case, the question is more serious than them. If those who themselves are the guardians of the law are violators of the law, is it acceptable?

Ayatollah Raisi continued: It is said that an organization built a collection and a gentleman built a shed, and this was dealt with, but that organization should not be dealt with? I have to say why not, unless it is a violation of the law, if it is, why does that organization allow itself to do this.

The head of the judicial system stated: In our opinion, if organizations, departments and institutions allow themselves to commit violations because of their position of power or connection to power, this case should be more severe than ordinary people. He emphasized: No organization and administration should allow themselves to violate the law and attack the treasury and do something in the river bed or occupy lands and pastures in the name of power and dependence on an organization and administration. It should not be like this.

He continued about the discussion of land and city gardens: It was decided to hold meetings within a month, and judicial and executive officials and managers from the work center will examine and clarify the mechanism of the case based on the law in a completely fair manner.

The Head of the Judiciary reminded about the environmental issue: Waste is an issue that must be collected, so I ask the first deputy of the Judiciary to manage this issue and with the determination we know from Mr. Ejei, this issue will be resolved within a month, God willing.

Ayatollah Raisi continued: Mr. Ajei should follow the case from judicial aspects and Mr. Governor should follow up on the implementation of the case.

He added: these people and these lovers of Aba Abdullah al-Hussein (a.s.) should not be caught in some shortcomings, so action should be taken together so that this issue does not remain.

The head of the Judiciary stressed about the unauthorized withdrawals: the law must be implemented and if there is a legal weakness, we must ask the legislator to fix it.

Ayatollah Raeesi stressed that we are following the issue of the sale of land with a contract, and added: Mr. Dr. Mosadegh, the legal deputy of the judiciary, is present here and is diligently interacting with the Majlis, which of course the members of the Majlis also agree, the only objections left by the Guardian Council are that this We will also follow up the issue with the Guardian Council.

Stating that the promissory note issue should be resolved in the country, he said: Official documents should be issued in the country, otherwise a land or an apartment may be sold to several people, that’s why many cases that are raised in Dasara are due to this problem. Regarding the issue of farmers, Ayatollah Raisi emphasized: If someone does not have the money to hire a lawyer and does not have the legal language to speak for any reason, he should feel that he can pursue his own rights, so this space should be created in the judiciary and institutions. The Head of the Judiciary reminded about the qualification: Of course, there are our inspection bodies, but know that the inspection is not only related to the judiciary, but the inspection of the whole country, so the references to the inspection are not for the judiciary, and the inspection of the parliament and the government is also the inspection of the entire country.
