During his one-day visit, he visited Pasargad Ceram Abadeh Ceramic Production Factory and Abadeh Cement Factory, stating that one of the three main priorities of the Judiciary this year is comprehensive judicial and legal support for production units in order to achieve a production leap. He said: the judiciary of Fars province, in line with these policies, has tried to make a significant contribution to the realization of the production leap by returning the production units to the production cycle.
This senior judicial official during a visit to Pasargard Ceram Abadeh ceramic factory among the craftsmen and producers of this city as well as local officials, emphasizing that so far the practical and operational programs of Fars province in supporting the production will solve the problems of some of these units. In a recent year, while identifying and reviewing 286 economic and production units, closed and semi-closed, the problems of labor, insurance, banking, tax and customs facilities of this unit have been put on the agenda and review.
Hojjat-ul-Islam and Muslims Mousavi further stated that the claims of banks and organizations from production units will be settled if the production process and profitable activity of these units are guaranteed: according to the directive of the Supreme Judiciary to prevent The closure of production units with a judicial case in Fars Justice has put the implementation of this directive at the top of its agenda.
On the sidelines of the visit to Abadeh Cement Factory, he also emphasized on protecting workers’ rights and paying their demands and said: “Workers are soldiers in the field of production and economic prosperity, and it is necessary to pay special attention to the rights of this hardworking and dynamic group.”
The Chief Justice of Fars Province emphasized on using the full capacity of production units for the employment of the city’s indigenous youth and stated: by supporting legitimate and legal investment, the ground for further development of industry in this city should be provided.
It is worth mentioning that at the beginning of this one-day trip, the Chief Justice of Fars Province attended the Abadeh Judiciary, met with judges and staff of the complex to review the judicial service process and expressed satisfaction with the will of the staff to work around the clock and honor the client.
