According to the General Directorate of Public Relations of the Judiciary, following the order of Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei addressed to the head of the General Inspection Organization regarding the implementation of special supervision on the implementation of the “Protection of the Family and Youth of the Population” law, a meeting to review the inspection organization’s supervisory measures in relation to The mentioned law was held in the presence of the head of the judiciary.
In another part of this meeting, the performance and actions of executive bodies in the field of connecting to the country’s national license portal were also reviewed.
During this meeting, Hojjatul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei stated, referring to Article 174 of the Constitution and the responsibility of the inspection organization in order to monitor the smooth flow of affairs and the correct implementation of laws in administrative bodies and organizations, all approved laws that have gone through various stages for their approval must be It has reached the stage of implementation and operation, and this is an issue that we in the judiciary are concerned about.
Referring to the Law “Protecting the Family and Youth of the Population”, the head of the Judiciary considered this law as one of the progressive laws in line with the excellence and development of the country and the needs and requirements of the future, and referring to the duties and responsibilities of various institutions in the implementation of this law, he stated He said: The inspection organization should pay attention to the fact that in the implementation of the law on the protection of the family and the youth of the population, some agencies have serious tasks and missions, and these missions are more important than the tasks of other agencies; Accordingly, it is necessary for the inspection organization, as a supervisory body, to consider the indicators and evaluation criteria in this regard in a codified and regulated manner.
The judge also clarified: it is necessary to pay attention to whether the necessary credits have been allocated to that institution in order to implement the said law or not. ; This point should also be reflected to the people so that they know what was the reason for the non-implementation of the aforementioned law by an institution.
The head of the judicial system stated: In line with its supervisory measures regarding the implementation of the Family and Youth Protection Law, the head of the judicial system should announce the amount of tasks and unfulfilled missions of the systems to the officials and trustees of the relevant systems and supervise the implementation of the provisions of the relevant law. With the excellence of the family and the youth of the population, it should have continuity and diligence.
Khodayian, the head of the General Inspection Organization of the country, also stated during this meeting: According to the order of the head of the judiciary regarding the supervision of the inspection organization on the implementation of the law on the protection of the family and the youth of the population, and in the implementation of Article 71 of that law, the inspection organization established a central headquarters to supervise The implementation of this law in the center and its corresponding in the provinces continuously supervises the implementation of the law.
He added: During this period, the tasks of each of the institutions included in the law on the protection of the family and the youth of the population, statistics, and by communicating the aforementioned tasks to the executive bodies, self-declaration and verification have been carried out.
Khodayian, one of the authorities that oversees the implementation of the Family and Youth Protection Law, which also has important tasks, called the “National Headquarters of the Population” and said: Among the tasks of this headquarters is the proposal to validate the institutions related to this law in the annual budget, which despite In this regard, no instructions have been prepared regarding the credit forecast and how to distribute it, and the budget of the executive bodies has not been allocated, and this will cause the assignments of other authorities to be postponed.
The head of the inspection organization stated that as a result of the supervision of this organization, it was found that some executive bodies have performed positively in fulfilling their duties in the law on the protection of the family and the youth of the population, and some have performed poorly in fulfilling their duties, he said: bodies such as the supply organization Social, Program and Budget Organization, Administrative and Employment Organization, Statistics Center of Iran, Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, Presidential Vice President for Science and Technology, Prosperity Fund, Ministry of Agricultural Jihad, Ministry of Sports and Youth, and also the Welfare Organization of ten institutions. which has performed poorly in this regard and it is necessary to act more actively in the implementation of assigned tasks.
Khodaian stated that the inspection organization will notify the results of its investigations to the institutions subject to the Family and Youth Protection Law and expects that the aforementioned institutions will perform their legal duties, and said: If the institutions subject to this law provide explanations regarding the reports of the inspection organization have, they can inform this organization about it.
The head of the inspection organization also said: Some agencies, including the Ministry of Silence, the Ministry of Information, the Executive Headquarters of the Order of the Imam (RA), the Ministry of Justice and the Foundation for Martyrs and Martyrs Affairs, have been successful in implementing the law to support the family and the youth of the population.
In another part of his speech, referring to the performance and actions of the devices in the field of connecting to the national license portal of the country, Khodaian stated: In addition to the meetings of the previous years, the inspection organization in the direction of monitoring the performance of various devices in the field of connecting to the national license portal So far, Jari has held 13 meetings with the deregulation board and 54 meetings with the specialized committees of this board.
He stated that by the end of September of this year, 4 thousand 871 business licenses were identified in the country, and said: 4 thousand 850 of these were registered and declared by the relevant authorities in the country’s national license portal, but 21 cases are still unregistered. These 21 cases belong to the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, Administrative and Employment Organization, Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Support, Program and Budget Organization, Bar Association, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Information, Association of Official Experts and Ministry of Science. , research and technology.
