According to the General Department of Public Relations of the Judiciary, Hojjatul Islam wal Muslimin Mohseni Ajei, today Wednesday (October 27) in a meeting with blind and deaf scientific, cultural and sports officials from all over the country, while welcoming all these dignitaries, said: During the last one year This is the second time we hold a meeting with members of the blind and deaf community; In such meetings, our goal is to listen more to the issues and problems of the guests and try to solve their problems as much as possible.
Referring to the decisions made in the previous meeting with the members of the deaf and blind community, the head of the judiciary said: In the previous meeting with the representatives and elected representatives of the blind and deaf community of the country, it was decided that the inspection organization should implement the comprehensive and comprehensive law on the protection of the rights of the disabled. to be followed up and monitored; In this regard, measures have been taken by the inspection organization and meetings have been arranged with the officials of the welfare organization; Undoubtedly, in order to protect and promote the rights of the disabled, legal actions will be taken against the people and departments that violate the implementation of the said law.
In this regard, he added: a directive regarding the “comprehensive law for the protection of the rights of the disabled” is being compiled and finalized in the judicial branch; Accordingly, we invite you, the elected officials and elites of the blind and deaf community of the country, to submit your points of view and suggestions for inclusion in this instruction to the judicial system.
The head of the judiciary also avoided another decision that was taken in the previous meeting with the deaf and blind community members supervising the “official Iranian Sign Language Interpreter Exam” and said: due to the efforts of the legal deputy of the Judiciary, July this year for the first time In the country, an “official sign language interpreter recruitment exam” was held, which was also the result of our previous meeting with the representatives and elected representatives of the precious deaf and blind community.
The Head of the Judiciary also pointed to the holding of joint meetings between the “Social Assistance and Prevention of Crime of the Judiciary” and the “Welfare Organization” to count and solve the problems of the disabled, blind and deaf in the country, on the continuation of these meetings and the formation of special tasks and the advancement of projects. He emphasized the common ground between the two institutions.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimin Mohseni Ajeei, emphasizing the necessity of strengthening the relationship between the judiciary and the welfare organization and the blind and deaf community of the country, proposed a working group with the membership of representatives from the judiciary and the welfare organization and the blind and deaf community in order to count, examine and solve the problems and problems of this precious class; In this regard, he emphasized: the judicial system is fully prepared to fulfill this task.
In the continuation of this meeting, the head of the judiciary raised questions about issues such as “the situation of blind and deaf employees in all organizations, including the judiciary”; “the situation of blind and deaf prisoners” and “how to communicate with the blind and deaf community members with the institutions and organizations of the country.” In order to advance their affairs, he asked the members and elected officials of the country’s blind and deaf community to present their suggestions and solutions in order to improve the situation and conditions regarding the above-mentioned issues; In this regard, the Head of the Judiciary said: We are trying to organize measures to solve the mentioned issues, therefore, the proposals and solutions presented by you, the elected representatives of the blind and deaf community, will be the source of the effect.
Hojjat-ul-Islam wal-Muslimeen Mohseni Ajei, while pointing out that a person can achieve perfection by following the necessary steps, stated: Man, by being human, can achieve perfection, happiness and closeness to God, and along the path of perfection and happiness by A person has no connection with his organs and organs and his senses; Of course, it is obvious that a person who has more senses and possessions naturally has more responsibility.
The Head of the Judiciary also pointed to the talents and power of concentration and analysis of the blind and deaf people and emphasized on using as much as possible the significant capacities of the members of the blind and deaf community in different parts of the country.

Referring to the good and appropriate privileges that are considered for the disabled in the comprehensive law on the protection of the rights of the disabled, he said: provision of suitable land for building housing, adaptation of public places and means of transportation, making transportation within the city free of charge. And the half price of air, sea and rail transportation, taking into account special quotas and also being covered by social insurance for the disabled are among the privileges considered for these loved ones in the comprehensive law for the protection of the rights of the disabled.
The head of the General Inspection Organization of the country pointed to the lack of establishment of the fund for the protection of the disabled and said: Although several years have passed since the implementation of the law on the protection of the rights of the disabled, the fund for the protection of the disabled has not yet been properly activated and the necessary permits have not been obtained and credit has not been secured. .
The head of the inspection organization stated that the inspections in the field of monitoring the full implementation of the comprehensive law on the protection of the rights of the disabled are about to be completed and said: during these inspections, it was found that many institutions for which the comprehensive law on the protection of the rights of the disabled is mandatory considered, they did not fulfill their duties and the budgets that were foreseen under this law have not been allocated.
Stating that the inspection organization has counted the failure of various agencies in implementing the law on the protection of the rights of the disabled, Khodayian said: These agencies will be introduced to the judicial authorities.
In this meeting, Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Gohtri, the legal deputy of the Judiciary, also pointed to the holding of the first course of sign language interpreters this year, in which 18 people were accepted, and stated: After holding the first course of sign language interpreters this year, in the aim of We are going to hold this exam next year as well.
The Legal Deputy of the Judiciary added: As a result of the actions and follow-ups, the Assessment Organization and Islamic Azad University included the field of Iranian Sign Language Interpreting in their exam booklets.
He added: Following the guidelines of the head of the judiciary and based on the suggestions of the National Network of the Blind, the instructions on how to protect the rights of people with disabilities or the elderly in the judicial process have been prepared in 15 chapters and 35 articles, and we hope that this instruction will be issued soon after going through legal processes. to be notified

Stating that the target population of the welfare organization is more than 7 million people, he said: the current structure of the welfare organization does not compensate for the current situation and it is necessary that the structure and resources of the welfare organization be updated and upgraded in relation to its target population.
The head of the welfare organization also requested the head of the judiciary to define a mechanism so that this organization has an advisory and advisory role for the judicial system.

Abedinzadeh expressed his gratitude to the judiciary for holding the first course of the sign language interpreter exam and said: We hope that the process of holding this exam will continue in the next courses as well, because the increase in the number of sign language interpreters in different provinces will reduce the problems of the deaf in the courts and their communication. He also emphasized the need for more attention of the national media in the field of producing suitable programs for the deaf community of the country, and demanded more attention from managers and officials to facilitate the marriage of the blind and deaf.
He also called for the attention and priority of the heads of forces in the provincial trips to the issue of the disabled and meeting them during the trips.
“Omidwar”, a language teacher and a member of the country’s blind community, also criticized the electronic judicial service offices for not foreseeing and preparing the necessary conditions to provide services to the deaf, and called for measures to improve this situation.
