According to the Kermanshah Judiciary Public Relations, Dr. Tavassolizadeh, the Chief Justice of the province, explained the measures taken to help financial prisoners involuntary crimes, especially those who are in prison for failing to pay dowry. The issue has been formed under the supervision of the presidency and with various consultations, it has been able to release about 20 prisoners who were imprisoned for failing to pay dowry.
He reminded that contacting the plaintiffs in the case and holding face-to-face meetings with them, asking for help from donors, holding various meetings with judges on the subject and coordinating with prison staff to accompany the prisoners’ request for correction to the court were among the measures. Which was done in this direction.
The Chief Justice of Kermanshah stated: “Based on the negotiations and correspondence made by the working group with the CEO of the Provincial Monasteries Organization, he was asked to give his family to the family, considering the current situation of the society, which is plagued with coronary heart disease and usually does not hold funerals.” The deceased should be offered to spend the money of funerals for the release of unintentional financial convicts.
Dr. Tavassolizadeh mentioned that other measures taken in this regard were negotiations and correspondence with the director general of Hajj and Pilgrimage of the province and said: he was also asked to explain the issue to pilgrims who do not go on a spiritual pilgrimage due to Coronary heart disease. Spend their lives on this God-pleasing thing.
He mentioned the correspondence with the director general of the Agricultural Jihad Organization for the participation of charitable farmers in the release of unintentional financial prisoners as another case that he was able to help in this way.
The Chief Justice of Kermanshah Province, in the end, positively evaluated the set of measures taken by the Kermanshah Judiciary over the past month to release those convicted of unintentional financial crimes and said that fortunately, this set of cases has been able to return about 20 convicts to their families.
