Referring to the significant number of semi-finished projects in the country, the Chief Justice said that encouraging and attracting private sector activists to hand over these projects to them depends on concluding solid contracts at the governmental and governmental levels and said: Production and industrial projects in the country are concluded without the necessary strength and reliability, the private sector does not welcome the transfer of these projects, and the government alone faces difficulties in advancing these productive and employment-creating projects.
